Excavation in foundation, trenches ( for pipes & pits) upto all depths in all classification of earth work such as pick work, jumper work, saturated soil including bailing and pumping out water, blasting soft/ hard rock or chieselling soft/hard rock where blasting is prohibited in all lifts including trimming and dressing of sides, leveling of beds to correct grade i/c shoring /strutting , planking, timbering & dewatering wherever required, stacking the useable & unuseable material /soil separately & after laying jointing & testing of pipes, returning the useable soil in trenches in 15 cm layers including consolidating of each deposoited layer by ramming & watering & then disposing of all surplus excavated soil /unusable material as directed with in all leads & lifts including restoration unmetalled surfaces to its original condition & including cost of diversion for traffic, night signals, fixing caution boards, crossing over trenches for access to houses, fencing etc. complete in all respects with in all leads & lifts as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, Laying, jointing and testing in trenches MSERW/GI pipe of following dia meters conforming to BIS:3183-2012 of following mentoned grade, diameter and having wall thickness as specified below with plain end and capable of withstanding required pressure in randoum length of 4 to 7 meters, including specials, short pieces, bends, reducers, tees etc. made from parent tube, providing and welding of MS flanges detailed as below. The MS flanges shall confirm to BIS 6392-1971 (with latest upto date amendments) duly wleded in two layers (two inner and two outer) with pipes at both ends as per relevant BIS standared alongwith nuts and bolts of required sizes, 3mm thick cmpressed asbestos fiber/synthetic rubber gaskets confirming to relevant BIS standards. The laying of pipe will include all operation such as cutting, welding, jointing, providing & fixing of MS flanges, fabrication of bends, tees etc. including lowering and laying in excavated trenches to ensure required level including flushing, cleaning and hydraulic testing complete in all respedcts to the satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge. The pipes shall be factory galvanized (zinc coating both inside and outside) as per relevant IS standards and the damaged portion of the pipes and specials made from parent tube shall be provided anticorrosive treatment by applying two coats of anticorrosive bituminopus paint over a priming coat as per AWWA specificatioins C-203-1979. The welding electrodes shall be as per IS: 814 of Advani Oerlikon/L&T or ISI marked make. The rates also includes entire carriage of material, flushing, cleaning & hydraulic testing complete to the best satisfaction & direction of the Engineer-in-charge within all leads and lifts . (Earth work in trenches will be measured and paid for separattely).(i) 200mm dia wall thickness 4.8mm

Providing outside coating of Bitumen of approximately 3/32 thick and wrapped with Poly kot App. Polyfelt over MSERW pipe having 200mm dia complete in all respect in all leads and lifts.

Supply of double flanged cast iron sluice valve Class-PN-1.0 conforming to IS: 780-1984 of Leader/Bhel/Kirloskar /Fources/ Gled/ Pelican/Kartar make of following dias for the pipe line capable to withstanding normal seat pressure including cutting, welding,providing and fixing rubber/asbestos sheet of maximum thickness 3mm as per IS 2712-1979 and providing and fixing MS flange as per Table-17 with required number of nuts and bolts including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.(i) 200mm dia

Supply of double flanged cast iron non return valves Class Class PN-1.0 confirming to IS: 780-21984 of Leader/Bhel/Kirloskar /Fources/ Gled/Pelilcan /Kartar /Bir make of following dia for the pipe line capable to withstanding normal seat pressure 10kg/cm2 including cutting, welding,providing and fixing rubber/asbestos sheet of maximum thickness 3mm as per IS 2712-1979 and providing and fixing MS flange with nuts and bolts as per Table-17 of required number including carriage of material in all leads and lifts. (i) 200mm dia

Dismentalling of rusted rising main of following dia meter from trenches and stacking properly as per directioin and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge in all leads and lifts.(i) 200mm dia
