Design, fabrication, supply, installation testing and commissioning of Centrally/ Symetrical/ asymetrical bi-part opening M. S. Sliding Trolley Gate of 150 Metres Wide, 2.50 mtr. Height (From Finished Floor Level including Wheel Height but excluding 'U' shaped clamp/frame on top for concertina coils) suitable for movement on existing M. S. Angle Track fixed on M. S. U channels as per the enclosed specifications and drawings including carrying out required fabrication works complete as required. Horizontal Base Frame shall be made of rectangular section of Size 100mm x 100mm of 5mm thickness & Vertical frames shall be made of rectangular section of size 50mm x 50mm x 5 mm with side supports of suitable size M.S. Angle / Tube & 'U' shaped clamp/frame on top for concertina coils. Nylon Rollers in Guide post & between lives of Gate for proper allignment and balancing / Coupling arrangements etc. complete as required at site. Painting of gate with synthetic enamel paint of approved colour & make by applying 2 or more coats and one or more coat of red oxide Primer etc. as required. NOTE:- The successfull bidder has to submit the detailed drawing of structure, it's tentative weight, purposed type of opening, it's length depending upon available site cleareaness and after approval from AAI will start the fabrication.]

Supply, fabrication, Installation, testing & Commissioning of Wiremesh of size 25mm x 25mm of 3mm dia wire with 25mm X 25mm X 3mm M.S. Angle frame in vertical frames throughout the above M.S Sliding Trolley Gate as per specifications and wiremesh alongwith angle frame shall be painted with synthetic enamel paint of approved colour & make by applying 2 or more coats and one or more coat of red oxide Primer etc. complete as required.

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of suitable size (not exceeding 300mm) M. S. wheels (02 Nos.) set with robust shaft and blocks for less noise operation alongwith pillow block bearing units of reputed make and all associated accessories, works and painting etc. complete as required.

Supply & Fixing MS angle of size 50mm X 50mm X 6mm in MS U channel of size 100mm X 50mm X 5mm including cutting of apron, bittuminus, pucca area for fixing of track with cement concrete & making good as per site requirement.

Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of dead end barrier at the end of track of trolley gate with MS channel of size, 100mm X 50mm X 5mm and cross arm of angle iron of size 45mm x 45mm with thickness of 4mm i/c welding etc. as required as per design / drawing.

Trolley gates as per design including laying of suitable size cable from Power Supply Panel to Motor Control Panel, interconnections between drives to drive, antenna, Breaking system for sliding gates, all other accessories required and labour etc. complete. 3 Phase motor of suitable capacity, model (Mod 6 pinion or equivalent) (Type: BY-3500 T or equivalent) alongwith complete control panel, safety and protections accessories as required. Also radio receiver for auto diagnosis of all safety controls (Code: 002 ZT4) - 1 Nos. Flashing light 230 V - 25 watts. (Code : 001 KIARO) - 4 nos.(2+2 spares). Radio transmitter (Remote control unit) (433.92 MHz/30.9 MHz) - 2 nos.

SITC of cable winder at suitable height for above mentioned MS trolley gates alongwith suitable supports to cable winder throughout the distance and other accessories etc. complete as required. (Note:- the above cable winder is for both gates)

Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600 mm dia 10 metre openable length ( total length 90 m), having 50 nos rounds per 6 metre length, upto 3 m height of wall with existing angle iron frame placed 2.4 m or 3.00 m apart and with 9 horizontal R.B.T. reinforced barbed wire, stud tied with G.I. staples and G.I. clips to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts or G.I. barbed wire tied to angle iron, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, with reinforced barbed tape(R.B.T.) / Spring core (2.5mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165 kg/ sq.mm with tape (0.52 mm thick) and weight 43.478 gm/ metre (cost of M.S. angle, C.C. blocks shall be paid separately)

(iv) MS boom stand. (v) Push button control unit. (vi) Photo cell for obstacle detection. (vii) Rolling for radio frequency base remote control unit. (viii) Necessary power supply and control cabling up to 10 meters with protective covering. (ix) Foundation work for drive unit as per manufacture requirement.
