Supply, Installation and commissioning of Hydraulic Hose Crimping Machine as per enclosed Technical specifications.

(i) The Tenderer must have supplied at least 01 (One number) of Hydraulic Hose Crimping Machine or similar nature of machines in last 03 years (Three Years) to Indian Railways (or) any other Central (or) State organizations (or) PSUs of Central or State Govt. undertakings. All other terms and conditions are as per attached Technical Specifications.

(ii) Documentary evidence i.e., Copies Purchase orders, Supply, Installation and successful Commissioning reports issued by the user organizations must be furnished along with their offer evidencing the execution of such purchase orders. The offers of the firms will be evaluated only those who are submitted the valid credentials such as supply and commissioning issued by the user organizations. The offers without the documentary evidence of the above shall be rejected summarily.

All the firms are exempted from payment of EMD except where the firm has been disqualified from exemption from submission of EMD/SD, for all tenders for procurement of goods issued by any unit of Indian Railway, due to withdrawal or modification of bids during the period of validity, or if being called upon to submit the performance security/ Security Deposit, fail to submit the performance security/ Security Deposit before the deadline defined in the request for bid document/Notice Inviting Tender as per extant instructions. The Security Deposit amount shall be 5% of the value of the contract.

It will be the endeavour of the Railways to make payments to firms within 45 days, from the date of receipt of bills, complete in all respects & submitted along with all the relevant/ required documents including Modification Advice (if any), required for passing of the bills. No re scheduling/re-fixation of Delivery Period will be granted, on account of delay in settlement of previous payments, due to the firm. Firm has to ensure supply of materials as per the delivery schedule given in the Purchase order.

F.O.R. Destination

Goods and Service Tax will be applicable as per Para 22.1 to 22.8 of INSTRUCTIONS TO TENDERERS FOR E-TENDERS attached with NIT and/or available as Public Document on IREPS website Goods and Services/South Central Railway.

Validity: Offer should be kept valid for 90 days.

Firm willing to avail benefits of micro and small enterprises, must submit documentary evidence of being micro or small enterprises for tendered item in the certificate issued by nodal agencies as per public procurement policy, failing which firms offers will be treated as Non- MSE firm. In Keeping with the Public Procurement (Preference to Make in India) Order, 2017, as amended, it has been found that there is sufficient local capacity and competition in supply of the tendered item of required quality and therefore public procurement of the item is restricted to Class I local suppliers only and the vendors who do not qualify to be Class I local suppliers should not quote in the tender as their offers shall not be considered for any ordering. In case any vendor who does not qualify to be a Class I local supplier for the tendered item participates in the tender it does so at its own risk and cost and Railways shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused to the vendor.
