Taking down chowkats or frame with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frame) exc 1.5 sqm and n exc 4.0 sqm each complete all as specified and directed.

S&F steel window with side hung shutters including box type hinges with steel handles and steel peg stay complete with glazing bars dove-tailed or welded complete including one coat of shop coat of primer.

Ditto as above item but without glazing bars

S & F mild steel bars conforming to Fe 290 Gde E-165 as in guard bars or similar works including welding etc complete all as specified.

Hacking out old broken glass (any thickness, size, quality or description) from wooden or metal frame including punching or drilling out old glazing pins/spring clips complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 3 mm thick Sheet glass, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square n. exc 0.5 sq.m in each pane complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm normal dia of wire and average width of aparture 1.40mm and fixed with tinned tacks or Stainless steel wire stapples complete all as specified and directed.

S/F factory made flyproof mesh panel pvc door shutter 30 mm thick (Style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded wood grain printed PVC 'C' chanel having a PVC sheet strip of 20 mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and wood grain printed PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail, all as per specification & drawing and SS wire gauzed i.e. panel will be of SS wire gauze in lieu of PVC sheet panel. The wire gauze shall be wrapped on an additional square 8mm M.S. Solid tube and this tube shall be screwed to M.S. tubes. The wire gauge shall be stretched to tighten firmly, all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F 2nd class hard wood factory made plain framed panelled door shutters 35mm thick (two panel) with lock rail and panel of 9mm BWP commercial ply or 12mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both sides. The size of rail and stiles as per IS:1003 (Part I), Klin seasoned and chemically pressure treated.

M&L for Treating the soil along with external perimeter of building at the rate of 2.25 litre of emulsion per metre of the perimeter wall complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Treatment of soil under existing floors using emulsion @ one litre per hole, 300mm apart including drilling and plugging 12mm dia holes with cement mortar 1:2 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand) to match the existing floors all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material & labour for machine cut kota stone slab size as in skirting, dado, vertical surfaces etc, 18-22mm thick over cement screed bed laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing including backing coat 15mm thick cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specified.

M&L for Precast RCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregrate) as in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs , water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded for chamfered angles and throating, as directing complete all as specified and directed.

MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded both side prelaminated PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles & prelaminated PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail panelling of prelaminated PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading & jointed together with solvent cement, supply & fixing in the frame at site as per SSR specification & diagram/product drawing shown on ser page No 156 of SSR Part II complete all as specified and directed.

S&F solid PVC door, cup board frame size 50mmx47mm made out of 5mm Prelaminated PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube all as per specification and as per drawing shown on ser page No 150 of SSR Part II (for item 884) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling asbestos cement (corrugated or semi corrugated, etc)sheets in roof covering complete all as specified.

S&F factory made epoxy powder coated MCB distribution board VTPN, 415 volts, 12 ways with acrylic door IP-3 protection IK 09 CRCA sheet and fixed flush to wall and suitable universal mounting and including 160Amps copper bus bar, Neutral bar,Standard DIN rail, Earth bar and cable ties for cable management top and bottom removable gland plates,interconnection, earthing connection, blanking plated in unused spaces as required complete. Make:- Legrand cat ref No. 607760 or equivalent in Hager or Schneider as approved.

S&F MCB distribution board SPN, 240 volts, 8 ways powder coated, CRCA steel sheet constructed as per IS : 8623, degree of protection IP 43 - IK 09 with metal door, recess mounted, having insulated 100 amp tinned copper bus bar, neutral busbar, earth bar, din bar, detachable gland plate, interconnection, earthing connection, blanking plates in unused spaces as required.

S&F MCBs as per load requirement 'C' series of breaking capacity 10 KA, ISI marked including required wiring connections with copper lugs of suitable size provided in MCB DBs of following ratings:-

(a) Single pole 6 to 16 amp. Make - Legrand DX3 cat ref no. 408587 to 408592 or equivalent in Schneider or Hager as approved.
