S/R to Qtr for JE 2Nos at Tikabali for the year 2025-26

Earth work in Excavation of foundation in Hard soil with all leads and lift including rough dressing & breaking clods, levelling bed and depositing the excavated material away from the working area etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge .

Supplying and filling in Foundation and plinth with sand well watered and rammed including watering & ramming with cost, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials with T&P required for the work etc complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge .

Cement Concrete (1:3:6) in foundation and floors using 4cm size black broken granite aggregates of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete in layers not exceding 15cm (6") thick to the required level ramming, watering, curing etc. complete including cost and conveyance royalty, taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing supplying, fitting and fixing of 80mm thick interlock concrete colour paver block on compacted river coarse sand free from all organic materials and filling the joints with sand including cutting corbelling, splays where ever necessary to proper size with cost, conveyance, royalties and taxes of all materials and directed by E.I.C.

12mm thick cement plaster with C.M. (1:6) over to Brick masonry & wall surface including cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P etc. complete including watering, curing for required period as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge .

Wall Painting Two coats with Weather Seal Coat over a coat of Primer of approved shade on new work to give an even shade with cost & conveyance of all material, royalty and taxes of all materials, cost of labour, T&P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Distempering Two coats to walls with Distemper of approved shade on new work to give an even shade with cost & conveyance of all material, royalty and taxes of all materials, cost of labour, T&P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & Fixing of M.S. window Grills including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, and all labour charges etc complet as per direction of E.I.C.

4 cm thick grading concrete ( 1:2:4 ) on roof slab with 12mm size down graded h.g.chips laid to proper slope hoisting lowering compacting watering curing with cost carriage royalty etc.

Painting Two coats Enamel Paint over a coat of Primer of approved shade on new work on new wood work / iron work with cost & conveyance of all material, royalty and taxes of all materials, cost of labour, T&P required for the work etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
