Conversion of 32 mm dia long rail obtained from item No 3.010 above one short rail after cutting and one short rail threading both ends and fixing to 3 way 32 mm dia existing elbow. Note : One short rail shall be measured as one unit.

Conversion of 32 mm dia short rail obtained from item No 3.020 above one leg after cutting and one leg threading one ends fixing to 3 way 32 mm dia existing elbow at one end threaded and cover the other end with hard rubber/PVC shoe. Note : One leg shall be measured as one unit.

S & F in repairs 3 way 32 mm dia GI elbow ISI marked complete as per specified.

S & F in repair MS conduit 20mm bore,1.6mm thick, upto 30cm length, made to shape, duly welded components of Chair verandah all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of steel tubular frame surfaces with emery paper and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint of white colour of approved quality and recaning the chair fully both seat and back with new plastic cane, white, half round of size 4mm wide including providing new suitable PVC shoes of approved quality and colour.

Re-canning of Chairs Verandah :- M&L for removing of old/broken/unserviceable plastic cane and re-canning of chair Verandah, with 4.00 mm semi round cane plastic of white colour. Rest all as per drgs. The canning work shall be done in Godrej pattern.

Meat Safe FD- 47 (m):

Removing of old unserviceable front shutters with wire gauge/side wire gauge and S&F new front shutters with wire guage/sides of wire gauge. Shutter should be fitted with 25mm long butt hinges.Wire guage shall be of 12mm mesh and of 20 gauge. 75mm hasp and staple should be provided to top of shutter. All wood shall be 1st class teak. Two numbers ball spring catch shall be provided to each shutter and one coat of white paint .all as per shape and size shown on drawing.

Removing old unserviceable aluminium hasp and staple and S&F New 75mm long aluminium hasp and staple best quality.

Removing old unserviceable aluminium handle and S&F new 110mm long aluminium handle of best quality.

M&L for preparation of old wooden surfaces by scraping with emery paper, cleaning, dusting, making the surfaces smooth and apply primer where ever required and one coat of synthetic enamel white paint of approved make & quality inside and out side of Meat safe all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
