Balance work of repair and renovation of KDC GDC Jaisinghpur Distt. Kangra (HP)

Brick work using Second class common burnt clay buildings bricks in super-structure above plinth level upto all floor level in cement mortar 1:6 (one cement isto six sand) and curing complete as per approved drawing, design and specifications and as per directions and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, and all type of other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Providing and laying 300X450 mm (Three hundred into four hundred fifty millimetre) Ceremic Glazed tiles of Kajaria/ Nitco / Simpolo/Somany / Orient & Bell / AGL/Johnson in skirting risers of steps and dados (in attached toilets) with 12 mm (twelve millimetre)thick cement mortar 1:3 (one cement isto three sand) laid over and jointed with neat cement slurry finished with flush pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of required shade to match the shade of tiles complete as per approved drawing , design and specifications and direction of the Engineer-In-Charge, including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, and all type of other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Providing and laying 12mm (twelve millimetre) thick Unistone / NTC / Atlantic stone cladding on wall surface with 12mm ( twelve millimetre) thick cement mortar 1:3 (one cement isto three sand) and jointed with cement slurry to match the stone including scaffolding and cost and carriage of material with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals, as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer- In-Charge . The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, and all type of other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Providing and fixing pre-painted sheet roofing of kotar metal single skin trapezoidal 10 (ten) refitted sheeting 0.60mm (zero point six zero millimetre ) thickness having 1060mm (one thousand sixty millimetre) cover width cover all width 1126mm, 28mm crest depth at 353mm (three hundred fifty three millimetre) 2.50mm (two decimal fifty millimetre) the main crest with at top 25mm (twenty five millimetre) and at lower 81mm ( eighty one millimetre) base metal of coil rolled steel coil with zinc waiting top coat with regular modified polyesters coating of approved shade and balancing reverse coat 5.5mm (five decimal five millimetre) dia and 55mm (fifty five millimetre) length with EPDM seal complete in all respect including carriage of material in all leads and lifts and other incidentals complete and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, and all type of other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Providing and fixing pre-painted sheet ridge or hips 60cm (sixty centimetre) over all of kotar metal skin trapezoidal profiled sheeting 0.60mm (zero point six zero millimetre )cover with over all width 1126mm (one thousand one hundred twenty six) 28mm (twenty eight) crest depth at 353mm (three hundred fifty three) 2mm (two millimetre) C/C crest distance. There will be two ribs at the centre for stiffening heaving crest depth of 2.5mm (two decimal five millimetre) the main crest with at top zinc waiting top coat with regular modified polyester coating of approved shade and balancing reverse coat 5.5mm (five decimal five millimetre) dia and 550mm (five hundred fifty millimetre) length with DPDM seal complete in all respect as per approved drawing design including carriage of material in all leads and lifts and other incidentals complete and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, and all type of other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Providing and fixing plain B.P. sheet 1.60 mm (one decimal sixty millimetre) thick 16 SWG fixed in soffits ceiling including jointing with gas/electric welding in position complete (frame work is to be measured paid for separately) including carriage of material in all leads and lifts and other incidentals complete and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, and all type of other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Providing and fixing 150 mm (one hundred fifty millimetre) diametre on wall face PVC (D-Plast) rain water pipes of working pressure not less than 4.6 kg/Sqm (Four point six Kilogram per square metre) ISI marked of Finolex / Supreme / Prince including filling the joints with approved adhesive complete as per approved specifications, drawings, design and as per entire satisfaction and direction of the Engineer-In-Charge, including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, and all type of other taxes imposed by the Government but excluding GST.

Providing and fixing M.S. holder bat clamps of approved design to C.I. or S.C.I. rain water pipes embedded in and including cement concrete blocks 10x10x10 cm ten into ten intoten centimetre) of 1:2:4 mix (one cement : two coarse sand : four graded stone aggregate 20 mm (twenty millimetre ) nominal size) and cost of cutting holes and making good the walls etc. 100 mm (one hundred millimetre) including carriage of material in all leads and lifts and other incidentals complete and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
