Design installation testing and commissioning of:

Pump Sets: Multistage Horizontal Centrifugal Pump / Split Casing with SS Impeller, Cast Iron/S.G Iron casing/WCB, mechanical Seal, bearing lubrication oil, Coupled to energy efficient squirrel cage induction Motor resting on a M.S common base frame properly aligned. The motor shall be suitable for three phase 415 V ± 10%, 50 Hz supply. Pumps shall be installed in parallel combination (1 running + 1 standby) fitted with all Long radius bends, common pressure header with Flanges, Cork sheet Gaskets, Nuts Bolts with washers, provision for 25mm priming facility using 25mm heavy duty ball valves 02 Nos, 25 mm (ERW) M.S. Pipe etc with each pump and M.S suction pipe of 250mm dia, 8m length, with flanges, long radius bends foot valves with strainer, clips and clamps, nipples, flanges as per site requirement. Job includes Construction of RCC foundation block as per OEM specifications. Complete i) Capacity of Pump = 1.00 Cusec ii)Total Dynamic Head = 180.00 mtr iii) Efficiency at duty point : > 70% iv) Driving Motor Rating at 415V ± 10%,50Hz = to be quoted Speed =1450 RPM – 1480 RPM v) Insulation = F-class

Control valves of Pump Delivery Size 1. Nozzle Check Valve, 150MM, PN 25= 01 No., 2. Sluice Valve, 150MM, PN 25 = 01 No. 3. Foot Valve 200/50MM , PN 25= 01 Nos. 4. Air valve with triple-function isolation valve = 02 Nos.

Control panel with one Incomer and two out goings for two pump sets in parallel Operation. (One running and the other standby and vice versa) STAR-DELTA starter for each pump set. fixed type, floor mounted, cubical design motor control panel fabricated out of 2mm/14 SWG CRCA thick sheet duly painted, suitable for indoor use, internally wired complete with bus bar covered with PVC heat shrinkable sleeves, colour coded. Panel shall be fitted with 02 Nos. STAR-DELTA motor starters suitable for 3- phase, 415 Volts, 50 Hz Squirrel Cage Induction Motors, with all components of suitable rating fixed and wired in the panel. The panel shall be complete with all protections in-built (Over load/PTC/Line fault / Voltage imbalance / Phase reversal / Under voltage / Over voltage / Over temperature / Open Gate / Excessive Starts per Hr, Single phasing), Main incoming MDO ACB with short circuit release including earth fault and under voltage protection. Bus bar, metering ( incoming and outgoing Voltmeter, Ampere meter, Frequency meter) (3-phase current/3-phase voltage/power factor of running motor, phase indication lamp (RYB with CTs), outgoing MCCB for each pump sets, capacitor Bank for an improved power factor of .95 to 1, over load relays. The control panel shall be complete with single core copper cable of size 120 mm2 of 100 RMT confirming to IS 694 with required thimbles from LT transformer to Panel and 3 ½ core Cu Cable of 25 RMT of current rating more than 170 Ampere. The 3-phase squirrel cage induction Motors ratings are as fallows. i) rating=150HP, ii) Voltage 415± 10% iii) Frequency=50HZ

Maintenance free earthling:- maintenance free electrolytic earthling system with 10 feet vertical k type copper not less then 2”(50.8mm)ID and not less than 0.08”(2.03mm) wall thickness ,which does not require manual addition of water .The system should be corrosion resistant pre-filled with hygroscopic powder and provided with suitable breathing and leaching ports at the ends. Rated for high fault currents bas bar rated for 10KA, fault current bus bar connection type as “Terraweld” to with hold temperature of 7000C.The earthling port shall be designed and supplied with poly plastic port cover non conductive, environment friendly and lockable.

All associated fittings for compelte installation

Construction of Anchor Block

Construction of PCC Anchor block of size 2’ x 2’ x 4’ using (1:2:4)mix @20 feet c/c. Job includes cost of material, labour, shuttering, tools and tackles etc. The job also includes fixing of 02 Nos. 6mm ms strip with suitable anchor bolts to fasten the Pipe on the anchor block. The size of the block is shall be as per profile of raising main and instruction of site engineer Block size = 2’8”x2’8”x3’ = 0.606 Cum For 360 blocks = 0.606x360 = 216 cum

Construction of RCC Anchor block (As per Drawing A) using (1:2:4) mix @ 150 mtr-c/c. Job includes cost of materials, including straightening, bending, cutting and placing position, binding all reinforcement, earth excavation, centring shuttering and removal of farm work, carriage charges complete. Total Quantity = 10 blocks

Road crossing at 04 locations by way of excavation to the required depth, installation of Hume pipes for facilitating the installation of the rising main, and restoration of the site to its original condition.
