Contract Details

Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick or stone walls, Chajjas etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., ncl removing rubbing to a distance exceeding 100m complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on concrete solid block wall surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified.

Material & Labour for preparation of new plastered or un-plastered surfaces and walls including cornices, pilasters etc and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M/L for preparation of old surface of wall plastered including cornices and pilasters etc and applying one coat of cement base paint on wall all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M/L for preparation of new surface of wall plastered including cornices and pilasters etc and applying two coats of cement base paint on wall all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old steel surface and applying one coat of Synthetic enamel paint over 10 cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed.

Demolation of brick work,PCC block or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoinsarches pillars etc all as specified and directed

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete block Type C1(1:3:6) 20mm graded aggregate masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar 1:6 complete

M & L preparing the old treated surfaces of wall and applying one coat of exterior grade weather proof antifungal paint complete all as per manufacturers instructions and as directed

M&L complete removal of existing treatment and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint.

S&F in repair Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacings & straining & fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with & provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured)

Mild steel work angle iron fencing posts including embedding in concrete and screwingg etc,post and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, bent to shape, drilling holes, notching for wire etc, including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc.of Fe-290 Gde E -165 complete all as specified and shown on drawings complete all as specified.

M&L for preperation of new steel surface and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over & including a coat of red oxide primer over new steel & iron surfaces of any description, exceeding 10 cm in width or girth including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for Note:- (i) At some places, concertina coil is fixed at the face of compound wall. Rates quoted by the contractor shall be inclusive the obstacles/ hindrance caused due to concertina coil. (ii) During the painting period the concertina coil fixed at the face of compound wall shall not be dislodge/ dislocate/ disturbed. Any damaged occures shall be make good as original without any extra cost. (iii) Prior intimation to the Engr-in-Charge shall be given in well advance while painting to avoid security/ safety hazards.

Note :-Tenderers may be noted that amount of credit will be deducted from the total amount arrived, at the time of Acceptance of contract.
