Dismantling cross-arms of M.S. channel or angle sections etc. complete and setting aside for re-use with in 50m

S&F cross-arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending (cold or hot), drilling holes for bolts, bent to any shape or size as directed and inclusive of one primer coat of red oxide, one under coat of zinc oxide and one finishing coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified.

Dismantling of insulators any type any size from existing LT/HT Poles/Lightening arrestors..

S&F pin type insulator, Porcelain, white, brown, white or green insulator one galvanised MS spindle, two GI washers and one GI nut, 150 mm height, 150 mm dia for 11000 volts grade, complete all as specified.

S&F Disc type insulator, porcelain vitreous, white, brown, or green insulator 145mm x 255mm dia ball and socket type, two-in-series assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductors, working pressure 11000 volts, complete all as specified.

S&F insulator Shackle type, Porcelain vitreous , white, brown, white or green insulator including galvanised mild steel straps washers, insulator bolts, washers and nuts ; 1100 Volts working pressure, 100 mm height, 115 mm Maximum dia., with 31x3 mm galvanised steel straps and 12 mm dia of bolts complete all as specified.

S&F in repair galvanised steel earth wire of 3.15mm to 4mm dia continuous on HT poles with hooks streching without kinks and bends complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out of unservicable XLPE HT/LT cable of any type any size from trenches/pole including PCC precast cable cover.

Supply & Laying, connecting only XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts, grade cross sectional area 95 Sqmm 3 core complete all as specified

S&F in repair GI Pipe Light grade with all connected accessories of sizes 40 mm dia for cable protection at pole or road crossing/tranches completed as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S&F in repair GI Pipe Light grade with all connected accessories of sizes 80 mm dia for cable protection at pole or road crossing/tranches completed as directed for cable protection Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate in coping pedestal to poles including provision of necessary form work finishing the exposed surface even and smooth complete all as specified.

Dismantling old defected steel poles/struts, any type and size.

Supplying, transporting, erecting and fixing steel tubular swaged poles type 410 SP-31 (9.0 metres long) complete with cast iron base plate, finial, taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws as specified, including necessary excavation and earth work, PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 in foundations below pole, PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 around poles and PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 as in plinth block, disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed, painting steel tubular poles exposed surfaces with aluminium paint two coats over one coat of red oxide primer and providing 300 mm wide bands (3 bands/straps with synthetic enamel paint and 2 bands with black bituminous paint) from plinth block and numbering of poles, painting embedded portion of poles with one coat of bituminous paint complete all as specified and directed. Note:-PCC work will be measured and paid separately.

Taking down defective unserviceable GOD from pole and supply and fix gang operated air break switches Triple pole, mechanically operated outdoor type, mounted on and including 11KV HT porcelin insulator and steel channel frame, GI operating rod , 25mm dia of suitable length with operating mechanism worked from ground level, vertically operated for current rating upto 200 amps, 11000volts working pressure complete with locking arrangements.

Pole painting with two coats of black bituminous paint externally through out for embedded portion and making 30 cms wide strips with yellow and black paint at alternatively upto 1.50 metre height and applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer on remaining exposed surface of existing pole any size any type ,complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Preparing surfaces of two pole structure including cross arms, channels, clamps etc by scraping old paints and applying two coats of alluminium paints and writing 'HT' and pol number in black paint etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair danger notice plate made out of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white with letters, figures and conventional skul and bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps,bolts and nuts of approved size,for HT,25x20 cm in size.

Straining and re-stretching of existing over head aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) of any size on HT/LT poles including binding and jointing the conductor with and including 14 SWG binding wire and jumpers connections with PG clamps and including Trimming of tree branches upto 20 cm girth if any near conductor complete all as specified.

S&F in replacement LT spacer 4 ways made out of PVC material molded or bolted type 25mm width and 12mm thickness complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for filtration of transformer oil to remove moisture, sludge, carbon particles and to achieve dielectric strength/rupturing capacity of oil and topping up of oil to the required level of the transformer indicator level all as directed. Note:- (a) Oil topping up will be measured and paid separately. (b) Filtration shall be done at site and on line. (c) BDV test shall be carried out before the filtration and after the filtration & results recorded in triplicate duly signed by the contractor, MES rep. and Engr-in-charge (d) Dielectric strength of the oil shall not be less than 50 KV after filtration & the rate quoted for the items shall be deemed to include the filtration till the desired dielectric strength is achieved.

Supply and fill new transformer oil topping up / change complete superior quality having di - electric strength not less than 60 KV and ISI marked of approved make. Note:- Items rates deemed to include for (a) The transformer oil shall be ISI marked, and brought at site in sealed container only. (b) Collection of samples before and after topping up/changing including testing for dielectric strength.

Disconnecting the transformer any type from HT/ LT system and opening carefully for rectifying the leakage by replacing the unserviceable spare parts of capacity 100 to 500 KVA transformer and complete assembling after repairs including testing for any oil leakages, proper functioning and connecting the HT/ LT system all as specified and directed. Note :- Defective parts replaced will be measured and paid separately

S&F in repair Lightning arresters expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 kilo amp, suitable for 11000 volts

M&L for removing old silica gel, cleaning breather and filling new silica gel complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of dropout fuse unit explusion type for outdoor gang operated air break switches(GOD) single pole, mounted on and including insulators for 11000volts working pressure fixed to and including MS channel with nuts, bolts, washers etc. synthetic bounded fues carring tube complete with line tabs and suitable for current current rating upto 200 amps, complete with locking arrangements.

S&F in replacement male contect/moving contect blade all as specified and as directed.

M&L for calibration of Over current and earth fault relay of incoming (01Nos) and outgoing (06Nos) 11 KV VCB's 400Amps, Make;-Indian Transformers with power electronic instrument including testing and checking control cables.

All as per srl item No. 49 here-in-before but Masrter trip relay.

S&F fuse wire 10 to 300 Amps copper including making a good connection complete all as specified.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size (600 x 600 x 6) mm thick buried directly into ground vertically to depth not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, surrounded on all sides by alternate layers of 150 mm thick charcoal and common salt, connected to galvanized earth lead wire 4mm dia by means of lugs, bolts, nuts, washer, check nuts of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in Electrical plate No. 3, strip protected by dia 40 mm bore light grade GI Pipe laid in floor and fixed to wall with proper size of clamps and watering pipe of bore 20 mm dia GI light grade including wire mesh funnel, PCC, earth chamber pit with PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm grade stone aggregate including form work cement mortar including CI Pit cover with frame necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil including testing on completion for desired result complete including taking out of existing earthing all as specified.

Note:-The accepted amount will be arrived after deducting the Sch of credit i.e. Rs 83,480.00 and any other reduction if any from quoted amount.
