Providing and laying damp-proof course with cement concrete grade M-150 (1 : 2 : 4) mortar prepared with 1% solution of water-proof compound complete as per specification . 50mm thick.

Plaster on new surface on walls in cement sand mortar 1:6 including racking of joint etc. complete fine finish : 12mm thick.

P & F Stone cladding/Flooring works dressed bansi paharpur stone 25mm thick in traditional style used in cladding/Flooring with pattern over 25 to 50 mm thick base in CM 1:6 including pointing with cement mortar 1:2 (cement : 2 stone dust) matche the shade of stone with joint thickness upto 1.5mm as per direction of engineer-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing machine cut fine dressed Red/Pink sand stone dasa or coping, with full moulding if required laid on cement mortar 1:4 including pointing with admixture of pigment matching with the stone shade.
