Dismantling wall and ceiling boards (fiber, pulp, insulation etc) or insulation boards/ slabs/ blankets, any thickness including cover fillets in ceiling, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F for false ceiling of 600mmx 600mmx 4mm thick Non asbestos fibre cement building boards (designed prepainted) fixed or laid/ inserted to timber/GI/Aluminium framework with screws (E-boards) manufactured from homogeneous mixture of cement, quartz and cellulose and cured with high pressure steam using auto claving process conforming IS-14862, of size 605mmx 605mmx 4mm thick fixed over and including anodised powder coated (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) snap grid frame work of T section (main and cross members) of size 25mmx 25mmx 1.50mm thick in square pattern of grid size 600mmx600mm. The aluminium frame work will supported on side wall with the used of aluminium L section of size 25mm x25mmx 1.50mm thick angles etc. snap grid shall be supported with hangers of 4mm dia galvanised iron wire adjusting level fixed to roof roof slabs/trusses etc. by means of ceiling cleats made out of galvanised iron flat of size 40x3mm of size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia 40mm long, complete all as specified and directed. Taking down existing proofing treatment/cement plaster/treatment on slab/walls/facias and cleaning with wire brushes roughening the surface and hacking out dirt where directed and disposal of rubbish not exc 50m distance from starting point etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Plain cement concrete M-15, nominal mix, type B-1, using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate, 50mm thick as in repair to padding on roof slab finishing even and smooth without using extra cement to ascertain the proper slope, complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering cement plaster 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) on fair faces of brick wall or on concrete surfaces, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, mixed with WPC 3% weight of cement, all as specified. Note : Supply only Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for seperately.

Supply and providing water proofing treatment with hyperplas fibre 3kg/sqm APP polymeric membrane of minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non woven fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) and including coating the surface with water based bituminous primer @ 0.70 Sqm/Litre, blown bitumen 85/25 or 90/15 at 1.20 kgs/sqm over primer, complete all as specified and directed as Engr-In-Charge.

Water profing treatement of sunken portion/water tank padding using SHALIURETHANE-BTD OF STP MAKE OR EQUIVALENT as approved by GE, high solid content single component water based liquid applied elastomeric water proofing membrene as ASTMC 836 and ASTMD 6083, thickness of the memberane shall be 1.50mm, having solid content of more than 80% elongation of 500+(-) 50% laid over reinforcing layer on non woven geo-textile mesh of 40/50 50gms, including applying self primer coat by diluting with 1:1 ratio @ 0.20 kg per sqm and suface preparation including cleaning of existing treatement, complete all as per specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Disconnecting existing PVC/ferro cement/MS tanks capacity exc.500 litres but n. exc 1000 litres, for cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position, complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank (three layered, cylinderical vertical with closed top) of capacity 500 Litres hoisted and fixed in position including ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut 20mm bore and making connections with existing water supply line, including dismantling old cemented/ asbestos water/ PVC storage tank, complete all as specified and directed.

Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank (three layered, cylinderical vertical with closed top) of capacity 1000 Litres hoisted and fixed in position including ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut 20mm bore and making connections with existing water supply line, including dismantling old cemented/ asbestos water/ PVC storage tank, complete all as specified and directed.

PVC lid cover for HDPE water tank of capacity 500/1000 ltrs or any size including nut bolts complete, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only 15mm bore ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and fly nut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule, complete all as specified and directed.

Note:- The unit rate include for use of form work (straight or curved).
