Maint and servicing of DG set 320-400 KVA canopy type with AMF Panel (if installed ), through authorize service agency of OEM , including replacement of defective/workout parts with new spares such as filters, gaskets, V belts, Engine Oil, coolant for radiator rubber hoses with clamps, nuts bolts and cleaning of alternator with vacuum cleaner , including greasing of bearings of engine and alternator, tappet setting, checking of batteries, adding distilled water and cleaning of POL tank and radiator etc,complete all as specified and directed. Make - Kirloskar/Cummins/greaves/Ashok Leyland / As per OEM Note:- 1. spares required for above maint will be measured and paid separately under relevant items of Schedule. 2. All breakdown calls should be attended.

Taking down the unserviceable radiator for 200-400 KVA from engine, transportation to the workshop dismantling the radiator, repair the tank /storage portion incl necessary welding & making leak proof of the tank, cleaning the complete radiator with chemical agent and pumping set incl replacement of defective copper core and assembling the radiator including replacement of all old rusted MS nuts, bolts washers & gasket sets including refixing in to the existing position & on the engine and testing ,complete all as specified and directed.
