Taking out old burnt compressor and S & F new sealed /rotary compressor suitable for 1.5 ton capacity of window/split type AC unit and connecting up suction and discharging pipe line with gas welding and duly charged with fresh refrigents gas connecting up all electrical connections, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make :Voltas/USHA/Shriram/ Blue Star/ Samsung / Hitachi/Vedeocon/LG/Carrier/General/Onida etc as per existing make at site.

Taking out old burnt compressor and S & F new sealed /rotary compressor suitable for 2.0 ton capacity of window/split type AC unit and connecting up suction and discharging pipe line with gas welding and duly charged with fresh refrigents gas connecting up all electrical connections, testing and commissioning complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Make :Voltas/USHA/Shriram/ Blue Star/ Samsung / Hitachi/Vedeocon/LG/Carrier/General/Onida etc as per existing make at site.

Material & Labour for replacement of rusted body portions of split type AC/Window type AC unit of 1.5/2.0 Ton capacity with same gauge / size materials like MS sheet, angle iron similar to the existing one by removing existing, foam pad and components and scraping out old paint on complete body, cleaning surface thoroughly, appling two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of existing surface , fixing of new foam pad of not less than 3mm thick, refixing of all components, installation in original position, connecting up all electrical connections, testing and commissioning all as specified and directed.

S & F for Condenser fan blade set for 1.5/2.0 Ton capacity of any type of ACs, suitable for existing makes and rotation in the casing testing including taking out the defective condenser fan blade all specified and directed. Make : Kirloskar/Crompton/ Jyoti/ABB/KSB /NGF/BCH or equivalent as approved by GE

M&L for Evoporator fan blower motor of suitable capacity duly ISI marked, double inlet, double width centrifugal type suitable for 1.5/2.0 Ton capacity split type AC including taking down the unserviceable damaged Evoporator fan blower motorr complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair swing motor for ACs suitable for existing size and capacity of 1.5/2 Ton capacity complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting of split type AC and window type AC by applying two coats of approved synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer for any capacity of Acs including preparation of old surface by scrapping and removing of old corroded paint complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Single pole contactor for 1.5/2.0 ton capacity of split type ACs including taking down of existing contactor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of thermal insulation for 1.5/2.0 Ton split type ACs complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Themal over load relay for 1.5/2.0 Ton capacity of any type of ACs including taking down unserviceable thermal over load relay complete all as specified and directed.

M &L for Running capacitors of 35 mfd to 60 mfd suitable for 1.5/2.0 Ton Capacity split type AC/window type AC including taking down existing unserviceable running capacitors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Starting Capacitor of 80/100/120 MFD suitable for 1.5/2.0Ton Capacity split type AC/Window type AC including taking down old unserviceble staring capacitor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for capillary tube set suitable for 1 5/2.0 ton capacity of split type AC including taking down of existing unserviceable defective capillary tube set all as specified and directed.

M&L for replacement of rusted mild steel stand (size & shape of existing stand) suitable for mounting out door unit of split type AC complete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for servicing carefully any type of AC of cap 1.5/2.0 TR from site and removing power connection and front PVC grills, air filters, cleaning, washing, removing dirt, cleaning, servicing including chemical wash of cooling coil of indoor cooling unit and condenser coil of out door unit and cleaning refrigeration system with CTC (Carbon Tetra Chloride) thoroughly, leak testing with refrigerant gas and re assembling the dismantled components and fixing to its original position complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for shifting of Split AC of 1.5/2.0 TR capacity including removing indoor cooling machine, copper piping, drain pipe and thermal sleeve, lifting angle with necessary re fixing arrangement on wall surface, copper piping of suitable gauge for suction and delivery with insulation, including re-surfacing to disturbed surface and testing and commissioning all as specified. (Note: The copper pipe required will be measured against relevent items in this schedule)

S & F in repair sheet metal enclosures Single pole and neutral (SPN), with a two pin earth plug and socket with one single pole MCB 20-32A Amps, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cleaning / flushing out the refrigeration system thoroughly with CTC, leak testing with CO2 / N2 locating and rectifying the leaks by brazing with silver / copper rod, pressure testing, vaccuminising and charging with refrigerant gas and topping up compressor oil, testing and commissioning of split type ACs/window type ACs of 1.5/2.0 Ton capacity complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for gas charging with refrigerant gas R-22, R-34 & R-410 in new sealed/eixting unit of compressors ACs/Water cooler/Deep freezer/Refrigerator unit of any type and any size including testing, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S & F new temperature sensor probes in the main circuit of split type AC including removal /taking down of existing temperature sensor probes complete all as specified and as specified.

S & F in repair copper pipe as per existing size/shape including necessary welding/brazing/making threading required length, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down unserviceable water cooler from the site and transporting the same for repair,removing the unserviceable burnt sealed unit (compressor) from the water cooler and S&F factory overhauled compressor duly charged with compressor oil including welding in position and testing on required pressure and transporting the water cooler at site in its original location of capacity 40/80 ltr complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make –Usha/Arco/Sidhwal.

S & F in replacement of running capacitor for water cooler 40/80 ltr capacity complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S & F in replacement of starting relay 3 pin for water cooler 40/80 ltrs capacity complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. .

Taking down old defective over load protector & S&F new over load protector of suitable capacity/size for 40/80 ltr capacity water cooler complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make –Renutral/Techno mech.

S & F in repair starting capacitor for 40/80 ltr capacity water cooler complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make : Asian/Unistar/Arvind.

Taking out old unserviceable internal wiring and rewiring with same guage and size with flexible copper conductor of suitable size with terminal clips etc including screws, washers etc required for fastering with body complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Taking down rusted front and back body mild steel sheet cover and S&F new 2mm thick mild steel plate cover of duly painted to match the existing of water cooler complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. .

S & F in replacement of unserviceable float valve with new polythelene ball suitable for 15mm dia GI pipe complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out old unserviceable 15mm dia water tap and S&F new self closing chromium plated push cock of 15mm dia heavy duty complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking out old unserviceable fan motor and S&F new fan motor suitable for water cooler 40/80 ltr capacity complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for cleaning of water cooler complete internally and externally including scraping and complete removing of existing treatment, scales and dirt etc.and applying of two coats of synthetic enamel tone paint over a coat red oxide primer all as specified and as directed.

Taking down unserviceable refrigerator of capacity 250 Ltr to 310 ltr from the site and transporting the same to work shop for repair/removing unserviceable burnt sealed unit (compressor) and supply and fix factory overhauled compressor duly changed with compressor oil including welding in position and testing on required pressure and transporting back to its site and fix in original location complete all as specified and directed by Engineer –in-Charge.

All as per item No 49 here in before but 165 ltr to 190 Ltr capacity.

Taking out deep freezer of any capacity from the site for complete servicing of Deep freezer units by electically disconnecting the units and cleaning the compressor , condenser , piping suction/discharge suction, fan motor, cooling coils, cooler body and connected accessries with the help of blower unit , cleaning the same with water and caustic soda for condenser and piping unit , tighten all nuts , bolts, screws etc checking the door bedding , electrical controls of the cooling units rectify where necessary and refixing in its original site and testing comlete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge

S & F new sealed unit compressor for deep freezer as per existing make and size & capacity as approved by GE complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S & F running capacitor 10 mfd including taking out capacitor complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Disconnecting carefully water and electric connection from storage type water heater of 25/50 Ltr capacity of any make and dismantling for repair by taking out the syphon assembly of thermostat, heating element and cleaning, de-scaling the inner tank by de-scaling with chemical compound including soldering, brazing the inner tank if required, re-assembling the geyser after cleaning & servicing including replacement of flexible cable of size 2.5 sqmm 3 core with copper conductor up to 1.5 mtr long and re-fixing in existing position complete all as specified and directed.
