Supplying and Laying at site, factory made (wet cast) high strength Pre-cast Reinforced Cement Concrete U-Shape Drain T-25 of internal size (600 mm × 600 mm) with provision for suitable Drain Covers/ Lids at top and minimum grade of concrete shall be M-40 (Design Mix) and as specified including the following: a) Drain units must be steam cured in a controlled environment and manufactured by using high performance Self-Compacting Concrete and must be designed considering a wheel load of 10 Tones Axel Load/ 5 Tons Wheel Load for heavy vehicular movement. The Drain units shall have a tie shape groove of 10-20 mm width and 25 mm depth on both sides for joining two precast units. b) Design should conform to BIS/ Guidelines/ other extant Codal provisions, furthermore taking into considerations the expected handling and erection stresses etc. c) The Precast Drain shall be manufactured using water tight formwork made up of automobile steel to have accurate dimensional product. d) Steel reinforcement with TMT bars (Fe 500/ 550 D) cut, bent, cranked, or spiraled for hoops, hooked and tied with annealed binding wire not less than 0.9 mm dia, all as per IS 456 and IS 1343. e) Safe transportation from factory to site, including loading, unloading, stacking, and yard handling. f) Laying, levelling, alignment, and jointing of drain units over a prepared PCC bed, sealing of joints by using non shrink mortar sealant material duly approved by GE. g) The Design of Precast RCC Drain shall be approved/ Proof Checked by any IIT/ NIT before mass production. h) All complete in compliance of IS: 15916: 2020 and any other latest Codal Provisions applicable and as per approved methodology, design mix, shop drawings, and directions.

(B) Diesel Engine: - Adquate capacity of Diesel engine as accepted by the accepting officer based on manufacturers technical details water cooled to drive independently above alternator and after considering derating as per site conditons after generating and reducing power consumed by accessories directly coupled through flexiable coupling multi cylinder multi stroke direct ignition, cold starting 1500 RPM, as per relevant ISI/BS -10001/10002/ 5514 with an overload capacity of 10% for half an hour in 12 hours continuous running complete with standard accessories all as specified and required for safe handling and operation salient features of accessories shall be as under:- i) Fly wheel with housing ii) Cooling system :- Moulded radiator with fan & belts. iii) Cooling Water pump : iv) Exhaust System :- Exhaust System complete with exhaust piping upto & outside and 1meter away from the enclosure, covered with asbestos rope and aluminium foil of 28 SWG complete with in the enclosure for safe exhaust without transforming vibration to the wall of the enclousre. iv) Fuel System :- Fuel injection system with fuel injectors, fuel injection solenoid switch controlled by governer electronic operated/ (as recommended by OEM) for 1% speed /frequecy regulation. Fuel filters Fuel hoses v) Lub oil System :- Lubricating oil filter Lubricating oil pump vi) Air Intake System :- Air intake Manifold Air cleaner dry type vii) Governor electronic / (as recommended by OEM) viii) Starting System :- Electric Self starter with and including battery charging alternator. ix) Batteries :- Batteries of maintenece free of capacity as recommended by the manufacturer complete with copper conductor multistranded leads of suitable length from self starter to the battery terminals complete with initial charge and initial fill of electrolyte all as specified and : Starter gear ring Start and stop push button Ignition key / Switch Handling and operation : Salient features of accessories shall be as under:
Radiator with blower fan Corrosion inhibitor coolant Paper element filters for fuel, lub oil and by pass. Governer electronic/ (as recommended by OEM) controlled direct fuel injection system Fly wheel housing and fly wheel. x) Generator Monitoring Panel : - Comprising of all standard items as mentioned under this schedule or as per standard practice iginiton key switch and start / stop arrangement, indications for Engine parametes, hour run meter, RPM meter, Engine oil pressure indicator, water/coolent temparature indicator, Battary volt display. xi) Safety Controls : - Engine low lube oil pressure high water temparature and over speeding of engine. xii) Coupling arrngement : - Flexiable coupling, fly wheel to suit flexiable coupling. xiii) Accessories :- AVM Pads built or separtely mounted to manufactrer base frames as per (as recommended by OEM) xv) Fuel Tank :- Daily service fuel tank (as recommended by OEM) with caliberated level indicating arrangement, stop cock, drain plug, complete on a common base in side the accoustic enclosure.
