Demolition and Disposal of RCC Overhead Water Tank (OHT) and Old RO plant room and Old Vegetable Market building at old shandy area in HSL Colony

Part - A : RCC Over Head Water Tank (OHT) & associated structure : Demolishing and Disposal of R.C.C. Over Head water tank (OHT) on AS IS WHERE IS BASIS. The works like Columns, beams, Slab, RCC walls, Staircase and brick work etc., manually /by mechanical means including disposal of unserviceable material to the outside the approved GVMC dumping yard /identfied locations as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Item includes Loading, unloading and Transportation is in contractor scope). Item including to Provide and Fixing Double Scaffolding System (cuplock type) on the exterior type upto Ten storied height made with 40 mm Dia MS Tube 1.5 m C/C horizontally and vertically join tube with MS Tube , MS Coupler , MS Clamps , MS Staircase system in the Scaffolding for working Platform and it maintain as serviceable condition up to required duration as directed by EIC. (Note: The nature of Work will be (+) 0.0M Ground level to (+) 26.0M (Approx) (Note: Retrieved steel (Rebars) obtained from demolition shall be the property of Contractor) The contractor shall arrange the following works: 1.1 Dismantling of Galvalume Sheet (G.I.) roofing including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc and stacking the material and handing over the servicable material to HSL Colony stores and dispose the Unservicable material to outside the Colony premises including loading, unloading, transportation and stacking in the scope of contractor. 1.2 Cutting, removal and handed over the MS Structural steel materials like Purlins, Staircase railing, channels,Bulb plates, roofing sheets, Pipes, hand Railings, Hollow MS boxes, plumbing lines, electrical wiring and fixtures, wooden Windows & Doors and window Grills and Door grills/ gates etc.,etc., to HSL Scrap yard area including loading, unloading, transportation and stacking in the scope of contractor. 1.3 Dismantling of old damaged tile work and Interlocking tiles in floors laid in cement mortar including stacking of unservicable material at a lead of 50M and handed over the servicable material to Colony stores., including loading and unloading is in contractor scope and as per the direction of EIC. 1.4 Dismantling False Ceiling including disposal of unserviceable material and stacking of serviceable material to the HSL Colony Stores.

Part - B : Old Vegetable Market Building: Demolishing and Disposal of R.C.C. Vegetable Market Building on AS IS WHERE IS BASIS. The works like Columns, beams, Slab, RCC walls, Steps, brick work and plinth etc., manually /by mechanical means including disposal of unserviceable material to the outside the approved GVMC dumping yard /identfied locations as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. (Item includes Loading, unloading and Transportation is in the contractor scope) (Note: The nature of Work will be (+) 0.0M Ground level to (+) 5.0M (Approx) (Note: Retrieved steel (Rebars & rolling shutters) obtained from demolition shall be the property of Contractor) The contractor shall arrange the following works: 1.1 Cutting of Trees or Tree trunks @ 300mm to 500mm girth at required height and length and dispose the same to outside the Colony premises. 1.2 Clearing the jungle and levelling the earth by hiring the JCB from Gate No. 1 to Scindia Gate and dispose the unservciable material to out side the Colony premises.
