Disconnecting and taking out existing HT 6.6 KV VCBs of any make from housing and cleaning, rubbing and overhauling the mechanical parts and Servicing of 6.6KV in door VCB, checking of quality of vacuum interrupter, insulation resistances, static contact resistance, Testing ( IR value, Ratio test, Polarity test) and connection verification of 6.6 KV Current transformer( Set of three) by PRIMARY INJECTION KIT ,and Testing and calibration of relay( set of two Over current and one earth fault) by SECONDARY INJECTION KIT including all other functional tests of the VCB, C&R panel and CTs, PTs. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix breaker charging motor including Gear assembly 110 volt/ 220 Volt AC suitable for 6.6 KV VCB panel, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply install ,testing and commissioning of voltage operated auxiliary relay with SR contacts for 6.6 KV VCB panel , coil rating 24V DC with operational time 20-25 ms, complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting HT/LT Connections of Transformer, including disconnecting of earthing lead, unscrewing nuts, bolts and washers, testing their un-serviceability (Open and Closed circuit test) with the help of composite unit of Transformer 100 to 350 KVA 6600/433, and isolation transformer of any capacity complete all as specified and as directed .

Opening Top Lid Cover of Transformer 100 to 350 KVA 6600/433 indoor / outdoor, disconnecting all Internal Connections of HT/LT Side for Periodical Maintenance such as Cleaning of Core and Winding by means of Washing by Hosing Down with Clean Dry Oil to removed Dust/Sludge on Core and Coil, Cleaning of Oil Tank to removed Sludge deposited, Replacement of Rusted Gasket Set, Burnt Spindle, Broken/ Unserviceable HT/LT Ceramic Bushing, Broken Arc Horn, Surge Arrestor, Replacement of Silica Gel, etc. complete all as specified and as directed .

Taking down carefully defective transformer of 100 to 350 KVA 6600/433 indoor / outdoor and from foundation base including draining out old transformer oil complete carefully and keeping the same in a cleaned container in safe custody for reuse after repair works of transformer and transportation from site to contractors workshop and back to site after repair, connecting HT as well as LT side to existing system, testing and commisioning complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for open the top cover of transformer of capacity 100 KVA to 315 KVA, after disconnecting HT/LT connection, drain out of transformer oil and preserve it in container, replacement of all gasket for prevention of leaking, replacement of broken HT/LT bushes complete as per existing size all as directed, refixing all connection and testing on load complete all as specified and as directed . NOTE : FOR ITEM No. 17 TO 18 (a) Cost of Transformer Oil for Cleaning by Hosing down shall deem to be included in the QUOTED UNIT RATE. (b) Gasket set, LT/HT side ceramic bushing, spindle for HT/LT side and horn surge arrester etc. for replacement shall be measured and paid under relevant item. (c)Transformer Oil to be re-used should be dehydrated/ filtered upto required value under respective items. The rate quoted by the contractor for this item shall deemed to be included for dehydration /filteration of old oil.

M&L for rewinding of LT copper coil for off sizes transformer after removing unserviceable Insulating Materials, Re-insulation and Re-winding as per existing Size of Core of Transformer including Heating, Varnishing, etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rewinding of HT coil for off sizes transformer using Proper Size new Copper Wire and HV Insulating Materials suitable for Working Voltage 11 KV complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Fix Ceramic Bushing and Gasket on HT Side of Transformer 100KVA to 350KVA 6600/433 complete all as specified and as directed. (MAKE : MYSORE POTTERIES/BHELL )

Supply & Fix Brass Spindle for Terminal on HT Side Threaded complete with Nut, Washers, etc. of dia as ordered, as Approved and suitable and suitable for Transformer 100 to 350 KVA 11000/6600/433, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fix Brass Spindle for Terminal on LT Side Threaded complete with Nut, Washers, etc. of dia as ordered, as Approved and suitable and suitable for Transformer 100 KVA to 350KVA 11000/6600/433, complete all as specified and as directed.
