Providing & laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and plinth including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in suspended floors etc.Suspended floors, roofs, landings and shelves and their supports, balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilivers up to floor two level including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs landings and the like: floors etc. up to 200 mm in thickness complete job in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and best satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Vertical surface such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like including attached pillasters, buttresses, etc. plinth and string courses complete job in all respect with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and best satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing mild steel/tor steel reinforcement for RCC work including bending, binding and placing in position complete up to floor two level including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge.
