PART-I (B/R WORKS) Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cum each, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft / loose soil , complete all as specified and directed.

Surface dressing n exc 15 cm deep. and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. and getting out in soft / loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in with soil obtained from excavation including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding ( not hacking) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the permises, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 ( using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone as in subbase of floor complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 40 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone as in floor , finishing cement concrete surface even and smooth without using cement extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 38 mm wide Plastic dividing strips, 1.5mm thick inserted in position,conform to design complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rubber moulded chequered cement concrete tiles of size 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry (with white cement and pigment ) in floors over & including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layers in cement mortar 1:6 including brushing with neat cement slurry with 3 Kg of cement per sqm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Anti skid heavy duty outdoor Virified tiles 10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, ofsize 300 x 300 mm 6 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over & including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layers in cement mortar 1:6 including brushing with neat cement slurry with 3 Kg of cement per sqm complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161- 1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fix Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

PART-II (E/M WORKS) M&L for Point wiring using 1100 volt grade FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed multi strand copper conductor cable 1.5 sqmm including 1.5 Sqmm FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed multi strand 1100 volt grade copper conductor earth wire drawn through and including concealed PVC conduit of appropriate size not less than 20 mm dia and 1.8 mm thick including all fittings viz tees, bends, junctions box , connecting earth including cutting groove for concealed wiring, making good to disturbed surface of wall/floor with cement mortar and finishes to match existing including connection of cable with MCBs or bus bar shall be done through proper size copper/brass thimble of pin/u type etc for one light/fan/bell point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing, commioning & testing of XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, Electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium conductors, 1100 volts, grade cross sectional area 10 Sqmm 2 core laid in trenches/fixed to wall/under road/pipe etc with and including copper cable glands & copper thimbles complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for laying of bricks locally available sub-class 'B' brick (old size) for cable protection cover laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable perpendicular to the directon of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and spread dry fine sand in trenches as sand cushioning to under ground cable for protection with fine river sand and provide reqd cover after punning down complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Thickness of sand cushion after punning down will be measured and paid separately.

Material & labour GI tube light grade 40 mm bore for protection of UG cable including taking out of old unsv pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to galvanized earth lead wire 4 mm dia by means of galvanized iron or steel bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers, and connected to equipments as directed, including funnel with GI medium grade watering pipe 20 mm bore &15 mm bore GI light grade protection pipe , wire mesh, charcoal or coke and common salt in alternate layers of 15 cm compacted thickness all around the earth electrode, with concrete pit in PCC 1:3:6 type C1, 50 mm thick pre cast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 cover slab reinforced with 8 mm dia deformed bar 15 cm C/C and suitable handle of 10 mm dia round bar, GI medium grade pipe for earth lead protection including necessary excavation earth work in soft/loose soil and disposal of spoil to a distance not exceeding 50 m and necessary testing complete all as shown on electrical plate No. 3 of MES Schedule 2009, Part-I complete all as specified and directed.
