Erection of Single Steel tubular pole of length as given below with/without sole plate & Cap etc. in CC foundation (Proportion and dimension indicated below), having 600x600x150 mm thick CC (4:2:1) base block below sole plate/pole with hard jhama metal including CC (6:3:1) muffing 0.30 mts. dia and 0.30 mts. above ground level including 3 mm thick neat cemented finish and GI earth bolt after making drilled holes etc. on pole & carriage of pole upto 1.6 Km from Store to work-site including filling upthe excavated earth pit with shifted soil and ramming properly (7 Mtr. Pole will be supplied by the department)

Carring charges for 7 Mtr. poles from Store to work site (Loading, Unloading charges include)

S/F arm bracket of 50 mm bore tubular Pipe (M.S.) of 1.5 m (5’) length for fixing on 75/100 mm pole top including S/F 4 mm thick M.S. plate welded with bolts, nuts & clamps,etc. as required with fabrication work.

Supply and fixing of special head type loop in box (3mm thick) with terminal block & gland plate and other accessories fixed on the top of the pole as required for 3 phase 4 wire connections.

Earthing the steel tubilar pole with 19 mm dia x2.5 mtr. Length G.I rod & 1no. 4 SWG G.I wire up to 4mtr. Length 15 mm dia x 65 long G.I bolt, double nuts & washer including supply of all meterials as per direction of E.I.C.

Supply and fixing of Green line V2 street light (115 Watt) complite with all accessories to be fixed / project from the wall of the building or on pole incl making hole / providing cka mping arrengement and necy GI reducer as required S & F 40 mm Dia GI pipe (ISI Medium ) quality 1.5 Mtr. Average length of 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated single core standerd annealed copper wire and making connection as required and mandling good damages to wall including paintings etc. make- Philips, Havells, Crompton, Benlo.

Wiring in 1.1 KV single core stranded 'FR' PVC insulated & unsheathed copper wire (Brand approved by EIC) in 19 mm heavy gauge Polythene Pipe incl. necy fittings as required. a) 2 x 22/0.3 (1.5sqmm) + 1 x 22/0.3 (1.5 sqmm) ECC

Supply of 1.1 KV grade 4 core 10 sqmm XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed Al conductor unarmoured cable as per IS 7098 (Part-I) 1988 with upto date amendments. Make Gloster/Nicco/Havels/Polycab or equivalent.

Erection of PVC/XLPE insulated aluminium conductor cable upto 4 x 16 sqmm by catenary system including S&F of 1 no. 6 SWG GI wire, porecelain reel insulator (3' x 3.5'), hexagonal galvanized bolts & nuts incl. painting complete as per direction of the EIC.
