Eligibility Criteria

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The rates quoted should be inclusive of all statutory taxes (excluding GST)

In case more than one number of eligible L1 bidder then bidder selection will be done by lottery process at Division office level and the decision of the tender inviting authority is final in this regard at the time of financial evaluation

If the tender period is subjected to further extension of 3 months, the service charge quoted shall remain same

GST will be paid separately at the time of submission of bill

It will be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD

The tenderer is required to ensure browser compatibility of the computer well in advance to the last date and time for receipt of tenders. The departments shall not be responsible for non-accessibility of kpp portal due to internet connectivity issues and technical glitches at bidders end

The successful Tenderer should deliver to the employer a Security Deposit in the form of FDR/e-Bank guarantee as per government circular No:FD5/expenditure-12/2023 Dt:15.05.2023 in favour of the Administrator, CADA, CBP, Mysore for an amount equivalent to 5% of the Contract price within 20 days in receipt of Letter of Acceptance in accordance with the conditions of contract at the time of agreement

Conditional tenders are liable to be rejected. The Executive Engineer, CADA, CBP, Mysuru reserves the right to accept/reject any application or cancel the tender process without assigning any reason what so ever

The Vehicles to be provided should have comprehensive insurance at the cost of the transport contractor and with a valid commercial permit (yellow Board).

The Vehicle to be provided should be in good condition and should not be more than 05 years old

For Non AC Vehicle Monthly 2500 Km or 300 Hours Rs.35000 is applicable a) After 2500Km Every 1 Km Rs 10.00 b) After 300 Hours for Every 1 Hour Rs.100.00 is applicable as per Govt. order No.CASuE 30 SheVaNi 2019, Bengaluru, Dated:31.03.2022

All expenses including the cost of fuel, maintenance, Toll Fee and salary of the driver shall be borne by the transport operators and Authority is not liable to pay any charges in this regard

The agency shall provide the vehicle on each day. In case of failure to do so, the Authority will be at liberty to engage vehicles from any other agency and the additional cost if any will be charged to the agency and recovered from their monthly bills

The logging of Kms and reporting/closing time will be reckoned from the actual time of reporting and relieving

Any bidder who is otherwise technically qualified withdraws from the bidding process at any stage before a final decision is taken on the tender, the EMD of such bidder shall be forfeited

Arrangements for the payments of Hire Rent will be made as per the available grants in the Authority

The Vehicle Should be Provided to the office of Directorate of CADA, 1st Floor, Nirmana Bhavan(Annex), Rajkumar Road, 1st Block, Rajajinagar, Bangalore

The contract will be up to 12 months from the date of issue of order. (i.e. upto March-2027) Authority reserves the right to extend the contract at its discretion on completion of financial year, subject to mutual consent on rate then prevailing. The contract can however be terminated for unsatisfactory performance at any time before the expiry of contract period by giving prior notice of 15 days

Toll charges(Fast TAG) is as per actual bill produced by Agency & certified by the officer using the vehicle

The drivers provided by the agency should have a valid drivers licence, should wear a uniform and must have good charater.

The agency should obtain prior permission from the Department before changing the provided drivers.if any

If the provided drivers are on leave, it is the responsibility of the agency to provide an alternate driver

The salary of the provided drivers, Daily allowance and any other allowances (if any) is to be paid by the agency only

If the selected agency doesnot have its office in Mysuru / Bangalore, it should open an office in Mysuru / Bangalore for correspondence and interaction with Command Area Development Authority whenever required

All original documents should be scanned and uploaded

Corrigendum will be published in the http://kppp.karnataka.gov.in for all modifications/for corrections, if any
