Construction of Boundary wall for the proposed Pump house, Electrical Room and Intake well at Beldihi, Rourkela

Earth work in excavation of foundation trenches in hard soil or gravelly soil including dressing of sides and leveling the bed upto the required depth and depositing the excavated materials away from the work site with all lead and lift including shoring, shuttering & dewatering (if required) with cost of all Labour, Hire & Running charges of the water pumps, Sundries, T & P required for the work complete in all respect excluding GST as directed by the Engineer- in- charge.

Filling foundation pit and plinth with excavated earth and conveyance of sand , all taxes and royalties, loading and unloading, all labour sundries T&P etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge .

Supplying & Filling foundation trenches , plinth & ditches with river sand well watered and rammed in layers not exceeding 23 cm in depth with all lead and lift including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, stacking, royalties of all Materials, cost of all Labour, Sundries, T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect excluding GST as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. (Measurement will be taken on finished compacted section only.)

Providing and laying Plain Cement Concrete of (1:3:6) foundation and floors using 40 mm size crusher broken H.G Stone Metal and screened & washed sharp river sand for mortar of approved quality & from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying concrete in layers not exceeding 15cm thick in each layer to the required level, ramming, watering & curing etc complete including cost, conveyance , loading, unloading, royalties of all materials, cost of all labour, Sundries, T&P required for the work including shoring, shuttering and dewatering ( if required) including hire and running charges of water pump required for the work etc complete in all respect excluding GST as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing ,Lifting, Hoisting & Laying Reinforced Cement Concrete of RCC M20 in all type of Concrete works( i.e footing, Plinth Band, Lintels, Chajja, Shelf fins, Roof slabs, Balconies, Staircase, Column, Beam Parapets, Window sills, RCC Wall, Railings etc. ) of approved designs and drawings having a minimum compressive strength ( in work test) 20 N/mm2 in 15 cm. cubes at 28 days after mixing and test conducted in accordance with I.S. 456 and I.S. 516 using screened & washed sharp river sand for mortar and 10 mm. to 20 mm. size black hard crusher broken granite stone chips of approved quality from approved quarry, washed and cleaned to be mixed in concrete mixture with approved quality of cement including hoisting, lowering, laying and compacting concrete by using vibrators, watering and curing for 28 days, excluding cost of required steel centering and shuttering there after dismantling and removing the debris’s away from the work site and finishing the exposed surface smooth providing grooves or beads wherever necessary including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, stacking, royalties of all materials, cost of all labours, scaffolding, sundries, T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect but the excluding cost & conveyance of M.S. rods or Tor Steel and Binding wires and labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending etc. of M.S. rods or Tor steel and binding wires and tying the grills and placing in proper position excluding GST as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Brick work with Fly ash bricks 23cm x 11cm x 8cm size having crushing strength not less than 75 kg/cm2 with dimensional tolerance +/ - 2 percent in cement mortar (1 cement: 6 sand), with all necessary projections, splays cutting, circular moulding, corbelling, chamfering, watering and curing etc. including cost, conveyance, stacking, loading, unloading, royalties of all materials ,cost of all labour, scaffolding, sundries and T&P required for the works complete in all respect excluding GST as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

(a)On Super Structure

Providing strong, rigid, leveled, and plumbed centering and shuttering to required shape and size , for floors with ply or steel centering materials with all necessary bracing and ties and supports with leveling centering covered with plastic sheet with provisions necessary holes and pockets for electrical conduits, pipes, P.H. pipes, for hooks or boxes, switch and board insert plates, clamps and extension bars etc., including dismantling the same after the required interval from the date of casting including cost , conveyance, loading, unloading, stacking,royalities of all material ,cost of all labour, scaffolding, watering, curing, sundries, tools and plants, etc. required for the work complete in all respect excluding GST as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

(1)R.C.C. foundation, Plinth band and footing bases of columns mass concrete pre-cast slab etc.

(2)R.C.C. walls and fins including attached pillasters.
