Earth work in excavation in all kinds of soil by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator) in trenches for foundations, drains, pipes, cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5 m in width) and for shafts, wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed by site Engineer

Supply and filling of dry stone soling in foundation trenches/under floors tightly hand packed with hand ramming, dressing ,watering incld. carriage of material from source to site of work complete

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work up to plinth level 1:4:8 (1 Cement: 4 coarse sand: 8 grade stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) including all carriages.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete including curing but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. All works upto plinth level 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including all carriages.

Centering and shuttering including strutting propping etc. and removal of form for foundation, footings basses of columns etc . including all carriages.

Steel work welded in built up sections/framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

Providing and fixing G.I. chain link fabric fencing of required width in mesh size 50x50 mm including strengthening with 2 mm dia wire or nuts, bolts and washers as required complete as per the direction of Engineer-in- charge.Made of G.I. wire of dia 4 mm

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade incl priming coat of wooden primer.( Two or more coats on new work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint of approved brand and manufacturer )

providing hoisting and fixing of truss, purlins, rafters, Post plates or like components including cost of nails,secrews including all carriges complete
