Transportation of the following Transformer from different Sub-Station to bidder's workshop and back at site of TPTL after repairing including dismantling,dragging, loading, unloading etc. as required.

132/33 KV 50/62.5 MVA Power Transformer of 132 KV Grid Sub-Station, 79 -Tilla, Agartala and back to 132 KV Sub-Station Gakulnagar. (Transportation Mass=65.0 MT)

Opening of top cover, un tanking of core coil assembly, dismantling of top core lamination and all windings and refitting the same by new windings, cleaning and refitting of all accessories of the transformer like HV & LV bushing, conservator tank, explosion vent pipe, PRV, MOG, Plain oil level gauge, buchholz relay, all inspection cover etc. as required . Changing of all the oil seal gaskets made from rubberized cork sheet conforming to grade of IS:4253 (part III) for whole the transformer.

Febrication of steel structure to dismentle the core assembly and provision of clamps to tighten the core assembly.

Cleaning and providing chennel insulation between channel and core.

Cleaning of each sheet and removal of carbon and application of Varnish.

Re-staking the entire core and lifting the assembly vertically.

Provinding wooden cylinder between core steps to bring roundness to the core.

Core binding tape to hold the core strongly.

Provision of 1(one) no extra radiators to neutralize the increase of core losses due to burning of core if required and installation of HV bushing CT including necessary modification .

Supply of EHV grade New Transformer Oil conforming to IS: 3351/1993 with latest ammentment as required to complete the whole repairing works.

De-greasing and de-rusting of all the external surface of tank and fittings. Applying one coat of metal primer at rusted portion. Applying two coats of synthetic enamel pain having ISI mark

Testing of repaired Transformer for all possible routine tests in presence of TSECL's Engineer at their work

Insurance premium for a sum assure of Rs. 80.00 lakhs against transit damaged, loss, theft etc. while taking the transformer for repair at bidder's works site and return back to site of TPTL after repaired.
