Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floor and paving n.exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level)

Demolition of cement concrete(reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for drain

Demolition brickwork or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc,

M&L cement concrete type D2 1:4:8(using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete.

M & L for reinforcement cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) in Walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilaster and buttresses etc., complete as directed.

M & L for reinforcement cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in Beams, cantilevers, bressummers, lintels over 1.5m span etc., complete as specified and as directed.

M & L for cement concrete 1:3:6 mix, type C1(using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping etc. complete as directed.

M&L for TMT bars 8 mm dia, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips

Material and labour for steel form work to sides of Walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like; complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Formwork to edges of concrete flats, breaks in floors, opennnings in concrete walls, floors and roofs and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls, hori-zontal or sloping and similar work all exceedings 20cm wide. complete all as specified and as directed.

Brickwork with sub class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of wall in cement mortar 1:6 for finished even and fair (without using extra cement) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and and applying three coats of white wash matching to existing of wall surface.

M&L cement concrete in surface channels and drains type D2 1:4:8(using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and as directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 40cm inner girth in cement concrete, using exrtra cement, incl forms, moulds etc

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete, using exrtra cement, incl forms, moulds etc

M&L Reinforced concrete pipes 300 mm dia, class NP3, laid & jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L cement Concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded aggregate) bed to drain pipes including packing under, & completely surrounding pipes with concrete after they are laid & tested complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm thick with useful soil.

Removing excavated material in soil not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point.
