REPAIR/ REPLACEMENT AND MAINTENANCE OF EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY PIPELINE , PUMP/MOTOR, VALVES AND CONNECTED ACCESSORIES INSTALLED AT SECTOR 25, SECTOR 27, SECTOR 09 AND COMN FLT UNDER GE (AF) CHILODA

M & L for repair to joint leakage of DI pipe line of 100 mm to 150mm dia , by cocking and inserting extra lead/gasket/ rubber sheet clamp , nut bolts etc. and any other material required at site for making good/ leakless the existing joint, including necessary excavation and earth work, returning filling after testing the joint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for repair in leakage/ blocked GI/PVC water tubing of size 15 mm to 40 mm by using pipe nipple, union, coupling etc. and any other material required at site for making good/ leakless the existing joint, including necessary excavation and earth work, returning filling after testing the joint complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for repair in leakage/ blocked GI/PVC water tubing of size 50 mm to 80 mm by using pipe nipple, union, coupling, etc. and any other material required at site for making good/ leakless the existing joint, including necessary excavation and earth work, returning filling after testing the joint complete all as specified and directed. Note for Item Ser No 01 to 03:- If not attending/ rectification of complaint same day if found noticed the recovery shall be made Rs 500/- per day from contractor bill till complete the job.

M&L for disconnecting electrical/ mechanical connection and taking out submersible pump set from existing bore well approx depth varying from 130 m to 160 m with all accessories and transporting to authorized workshop for rewinding and after overhauling / rewinding, re-lowering the pump set in bore well with all accessories, including making connection with existing starter and testing to ensure efficient and smooth functioning to obtain required discharge, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rewinding of 3 Phase, 25/35 HP submersible electric motor with PVC insulated copper winding wire of same gauge including impregnated paper, sleevs, lathorised fibre glass, and tape, thrust bearing, and bush etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rewinding of 3 Phase, 45 HP submersible electric motor with PVC insulated copper winding wire of same gauge including impregnated paper, sleevs, lathorised fibre glass, and tape, thrust bearing, and bush etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for replacement of old rusted GI borewell pumping set column pie with new 3" dia UPVC heavy duty column pipe coupler type 3 mtr long ISI marked 30 Kg/cm2 with an adequate factor of safety high torque resistant locking system and a specially designed rubber “O” ring , column pipes have been designed to withstand system load comprising the weight of the pump, water and pipes with an adequate factor of safety complete all as specified and directed. M & L for replacement PVC insulated, PVC sheathed, submersible flat cable ISI marked with multi stranded copper conductor 1100 volt grade of size 16 Sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for disconnecting and taking up/down 2.0/3.0 HP capacity centrifugal /mono-block pump set of any type from foundation and transporting to authorized workshop carry out repairs such as replacement of pump bearing and overhauling including replacement of minor unserviceable components/spares like 'O' rings, Oil seal, Mechanical seal, pump gland, casing ring, gasket packing and greasing, welding, metaling, turning, polishing, Lathe work etc. along with removing existing burnt/short circuited winding wire complete, cleaning of core grooves and surfaces, rewinding the motor with superior quality enameled copper winding wire of suitable gauge, numbers of turns and coils including insulating material such as sleeves, lathorised fibe glass, cotton/PVC tape varnishing etc, reassembling, refixing and testing the motor at site on full load complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.

M & L for disconnecting and taking up/down 5.0/7.5 HP capacity centrifugal /mono-block pump set of any type from foundation and transporting to authorized workshop carry out repairs such as replacement of pump bearing and overhauling including replacement of minor unserviceable components/spares like 'O' rings, Oil seal, Mechanical seal, pump gland, casing ring, gasket packing and greasing, welding, metaling, turning, polishing, Lathe work etc. along with removing existing burnt/short circuited winding wire complete, cleaning of core grooves and surfaces, rewinding the motor with superior quality enameled copper winding wire of suitable gauge, numbers of turns and coils including insulating material such as sleeves, lathorised fibe glass, cotton/PVC tape varnishing etc, reassembling, refixing and testing the motor at site on full load complete all as specified and directed by Engr-In-Charge.
