Annual Comprehensive Maintenace of Passenger Lift (Elevator) Make 'KONE' of following type and capacity with routine services at the regular interval of one month, Regular systematic examination adjustment, lubrication of machines, motor control parts including replacement of burnout parts, gears, bearings, brake shoe, rotating element, contact coils, resistance for operating motors and other mechanical as well as electrical parts etc as required to maintane the elevatory of lift in proper and safe operating conditions including emergency break down all attending services and sudden damages of mechanical parts etc. as per best satisfaction of the Engineer-In-Charge. Car Door, Landing Panel, Bulbs, Cabin Fans, Electrical Wiring and Panel, Dry Cell and Batteries, Hand Rail, Mirror, etc as per the norm of 'KONE' elevator not including in this scope of estimate.
