REPAIRS/ MAINT OF STREET/ SECURITY/ FLOOD LIGHTS AND ALLIED WORKS ALONG THE PERIMETER AT AFA HYDERABAD

Important Notes : (i) The Contr will be alloted complaints at MES Complaint Cell on requirement basis on all working days incl Sundays & Holidays. Sufficient experienced & competant Tradesman/Helper/Labour & allied Resources etc. should be deployed by him for completion of day to day complaints within 12 Hrs & 24 Hrs for major breakdowns from the time of reporting/intimation about the complaint. During urgent/emergent cases intimation/information about the breakdown will be conveyed to the Contr through Telephonic/Electronic modes. In the event of any delay beyond above mentioned time limit without prior intimation or genuine cause, Penalty at the rate of twice the quoted rate for each un-attended complaint shall be recovered. (ii) A complaint register with complete details of number of complaints received, number of complaints attended, number of complaints completed, nature of complaint, fitments/fittings etc. used in the rectification process with remarks column from User/MES will be maintained by the Contr & the same shall be updated on a daily basis with initials of JE E/M & periodic checking from Engr-In-Charge/GE. (iii) Quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of the following & no extra payment shall be allowed on this account : (a) Cost of transportation of Manpower/Materials/Resources etc. to & from the complaint site. (b) Hiring Charge of items/equipments like Vehicle/Ladder/JCB/Crane/Gas Cutter/Welding Machine/DG Set etc. required for succesful completion/rectification of the complaint. (c) In the event of any damage to the property/assets of MES/Air Force/Other Depts, the making good of the damaged/disturbed surfaces etc. & matching to the existing finish has to be done as per their norms/requirement. (e) Cost of taking down damaged/old unsv/defective light fiitings & allied items etc. (f) Cost of Tradesman/Helper/Labour element etc. (g) Cost of minor excavation required for taking out/finding the cable loops/connections etc. (h) A joint inspection shall be carried out on a weekly basis for checking of serviceability of Street/Security etc. lights with Contr Rep/MES Rep & User Rep & points raised shall be noted for necessary compliance. (j) Any item/job missed out in the item description/specification but technically required for successful completion of the work/job is deemed to be included in the unit quoted rates. (iv) Major Earthwork & new items required for repair/rectification like Light Fittings/Drivers/MCBs/Wires shall be measured & paid separately under relevant items.

S&F LED flood light fitting of capacity 50 Watts or higher rating made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing and finishing epoxy powder coated, IP-65/66 protection, > 110 Lumen/Watt, > 80 CRI, 120' Beam Angle, 10KV Surge Voltage Protection, SMD Light Source, PF > 0.95, THD < 5% with all accessories as per manufacturers instructions including necessary fixing arrangements by means of appropriate sized MS Clamps, nuts, bolts, washers etc. on RCC/Steel poles and connecting up electrically from Junction box/OH Line to light ftg by means of 3 core 1.5 sqmm copper PVC round conductor incl taking down old unsv conventional light fittings complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. S&F LED flood light fitting of capacity 150 Watts or higher rating made up of pressure die cast aluminium housing and finishing epoxy powder coated, IP-65/66 protection, > 110 Lumen/Watt, > 80 CRI, 120' Beam Angle, 10KV Surge Voltage Protection, SMD Light Source, PF > 0.95, THD < 5% with all accessories as per manufacturers instructions including necessary fixing arrangements by means of appropriate sized MS Clamps, nuts, bolts, washers etc. on RCC/Steel poles and connecting up electrically from Junction box/OH Line to light ftg by means of 3 core 1.5 sqmm copper PVC round conductor incl taking down old unsv conventional light fittings complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
