RC book of the vehicle in the name of the tenderer, Fitness Certificate, Pollution Under Control (PUC) certificate, Proof of payment of vehicle tax (up to date),Proof of payment of vehicle insurance (up to date),Valid permit document issued by the Transport Department, License document showing the vehicle registration number, issued by the Food Safety and Standards Authority Copy of PAN card in the name of the tenderer, Bank account details document, Latest B-Extract document, The tenderer must completely fill Annexure-B, clearly mentioning the vehicle number to be deployed for the route. Only one vehicle document should be submitted per route. As per the Food Safety and Standards Act 2006 a valid license must be obtained.
