Repair to roof treatment to RCC slab and replacement of unserviceable CGI sheet in MD and OTM ACCN at YOL CANTT under AGE B/R-I of GE (KH) YOL

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I :- Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone surfaces and tiles with bedding etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. including removal of debris to a distance exc 1.5 km but n.exc 2 km, all as specified and as directed.

Rendering cement plaster 15mm thick in two layers (first layer 10mm thick and second layer of 5mm thick) in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand) on fair faces of brick wall or on stone masonry surfaces (internal wall surfaces), surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, all as specified.

Rendering cement plaster 15mm thick in two layers (first layer 10mm thick and second layer of 5mm thick) in cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) on fair faces of brick wall or on stone masonry surfaces (external wall surfaces), surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement, all as specified.

Taking down cement plaster/decayed concrete from RCC roof projections/upward parapet walls/down facia/soffits and fins of RCC chajjas/ beams/ columns/ balconies etc. Supply and fixing by means of nailing wire netting of galvanised wire 1.40mm dia and mesh size 20mm and brushing neat cement slury with 3.00 Kg of cement/sqm and M&L for 20mm thick cement rendering in two layers of 10mm each (top/final layer shall be rendered after final setting of under layer) in CM 1:3 on concrete surfaces including scaffolding at a height upto 7.00 mtrs ect complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper including preparation of surface complete, all as specified.

Preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and appling two coats of cement base paint, complete, all as specified.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete including removal of debris to a distance exc 1.5 km but n.exc 2 km, all as specified and as directed.

Plain cement concrete M-10, nominal mix, type C-1, using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate, 50mm thick as in plinth protection etc., surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement and laid to a slope of 1 in 24 in alternate panels n.exc. 1.20 Sqm each, 12mm wide and 5 cms deep joints shall be formed between the bays and shall be filled with mastic filling comprising a mixture of one part of heated blown bitumen VG-10 and two parts of heated coarse sand (by volume), all as specified. Note:- The unit rate include for use of form work (straight or curved).

Mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc with ends of bars shouldered and/ or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed ballusters walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290. Gde-E-165, all as specified.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting any gauge, thickness including Nainital or similar pattern roof covering, all as specified.

Corrugated galvanized iron mild steel sheets 0.63mm thick, grade ‘O’, with 120 grams per square metre zinc coating fixed with 'J' or 'L' hook as in roof covering with two corrugation side lap. (Horizontal distance of side lap shall not be less than 145mm and depth of corrugation shall be 12.5mm), all as specified.

All as per Serial Item No Serial Item No. 11 above but Except Sheeting, all as specified. Note:- Serviceable sheets retrieved from Serial Item No. 10 above shall be used.

0.80 mm thick plain galvainsed mild steel sheeting in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275 complete, all as specified.

All as per Serial Item No Serial Item No. 13 above but Except Sheeting, all as specified. Note:- Serviceable sheets retrieved from Serial Item No. 10 above shall be used.

Preparing new zinc (or galvanised) surfaces to receive painting, by coating with mordant solution including washing and cleaning, etc

Applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer on new steel or steel based surfaces of any description, exceeding 10cm width or girth including preparation of surfaces, all as specified.

Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank 500 Ltrs capacity (Cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position inbcluding PVC float ball valve 20mm dia epoxy coated aluminium rod with polythene float and fly nut, tank nipples with check nuts and washers complete and making connections with existing water supply line including dismantling old cemented/ asbestos water/ PVC storage tank, all as specified.

Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank 1000 Ltrs capacity (Cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position inbcluding PVC float ball valve 20mm dia epoxy coated aluminium rod with polythene float and fly nut, tank nipples with check nuts and washers complete and making connections with existing water supply line including dismantling old cemented/ asbestos water/ PVC storage tank, all as specified.

Disconnecting existing PVC/ferro cement/MS tanks capacity exc. 500 litres but n. exc 1000 litres, setting aside (or lowering if required) for cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc, from tanks and from mouths of circulating pipes, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position, all as specified.

20mm bore Ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed in repair, all as specified.

Taking up or down 15mm bore, steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal from site, all as specified.

Taking up or down 20mm bore, steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for refixing or removal from site, all as specified.

Mild steel galvanized iron water tubing 15mm bore with screwed & socket joints, medium grade, in short lengths, with and including all fittings, such as sockets, bends, elbows, unions, tees, diminishing pieces etc. Fixed to wall or ceiling or laid in floor complete, all as specified and directed.

All as per Serial Item No 23 above but except pipe. (Note:- Serviceable pipe retrieved from Serial Item No 21 shall be used).

Mild steel galvanized iron water tubing 20mm bore with screwed & socket joints, medium grade, in short lengths, with and including all fittings, such as sockets, bends, elbows, unions, tees, diminishing pieces etc. Fixed to wall or ceiling or laid in floor/ sunken floor spout complete, all as specified and directed.

All as per Serial Item No 25 above but except pipe. (Note:- Serviceable pipe retrieved from Serial Item No 22 shall be used).

Demolition of existing treatment on roof slab, taking down cement plaster including existing tarfelt from roof of old roof surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface to remove all loose dirt etc. on roof and applying the following:- (a) M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with WPC @ 3% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer instructions, the surface shall be finished even and smooth without using extra cement. Note: WPC shall be inclusive of quoted rates. (b) FIRST COURSE:- one coat of bitumen primer conforming [email protected] Kg/Sqm. (c) SECOND COURSE:- One coat of bonding material using blown type bitumen conforming to IS-702 grade 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm. (d) THIRD COURSE:- A layer of APP modified polymeric memberane, centre core of 100mm micron HMHDPE, outer film 20 micron each, thickness 3mm, having weight 2.25 Kg/Sqm, complete all as specified and directed as Engr-In-Charge.

Plain cement concrete M-15, nominal mix, B-1 using 20mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5 metre clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, chamfered angles and throating, for water tank staging, complete all as directed Note :- (i) The unit rate include for use of form work (straight or curved).

Applying one coat of aluminiuml paint over newly APP membrane surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.
