Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge. HSR Item No. 4.12.1

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, cum plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m. HSR 4.32

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. HSR 13.27

Providing corrugated G.S. sheet roofing including vertical / curved surface fixed with polymer coated J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 8 mm diameter with bitumen and G.I. limpet washers or with G.I. limpet washers filled with white lead, including a coat of approved steel primer and two coats of approved paint on overlapping of sheets complete (up to any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces), excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required. 0.63 mm thick with zinc coating not less than 275 gm/ m2. HSR 9.22.3

Supply for roof top turbo air ventilator 600 mm x 600 mm aluminium make ( NS item). Rate already approved vide CE/LCU/PKL no. 1182/NABARD/2019 dated 05/09/2019 (copy attached).

Brick work(CM 1:3) in foundation and plinth with common burnt clay non modular brick of class designation 10.5.

12 mm cement plaster of mix 1 :4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand). HSR 11.5.3

Providing and applying two coats white cement based putty of approved brand and manufacturer, over plastered surface and grinding the surface smooth with sand paper to get en even and smooth finish including cost and carriage of all material , labour charges, scaffolding, sundries etc. complete HSR item 11.58

Applying one coat of water thinnable cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on wall surface: Water thinnable cement primer HSR 11.67.1

Painting two coats excluding priming coat with synthetic enamel paint in all shades on new wood work or metallic or plastered or concrete surfaces to give an even shade. HSR 11.78

Supplying and fixing rolling shutters of approved make, made of required size M.S. laths, interlocked together through their entire length and jointed together at the end by end locks, mounted on specially designed pipe shaft with brackets, side guides and arrangements for inside and outside locking with push and pull operation complete, including the cost of providing and fixing necessary 27.5 cm long wire springs manufactured from high tensile steel wire of adequate strength conforming to IS: 4454 - part 1 and M.S. top cover of required thickness for rolling shutters. 80x1 .25 mm M.S. laths with 1.25 mm thick top cover, Extra for providing mechanical device chain and crank operation for operating rolling shutters. HSR 13.37.1 + 13.39.2 @ 2232 + 1050 = 3282/sqm

Supply, Erection and commissioning of fully autometic single girder wire rope electric operated crane of 5 Ton capacity with six direction movement with MS square bar and fish plate complete in all respect. Rate already approved vide CE/LCU/PKL no. 722/NABARD/2022 dated 09/04/2022 (copy attached).
