Scarifying and picking graveled macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exc.400 sqm, depth exc 50mm but n. exc. 100mm and removel of aggregate complete all as specified and directed.

Repair to potholes any depth, not exc 1 sq m each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths, etc. cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth, making good by filling in screened & graded road metal, watering and well ramming (including supply of road metal) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing Soling (for sub base) 150 mm spread thickness with broken boulders quarried stone interstices filled surfaces formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber with 8 to 10 Ton power roller complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing 150mm thick WBM in two layers each layers 75mm thick with coarse aggregate lime stone/sand stone of grading 2 spread rolled and consolidated to gradient and chamber with 8 to 10 Ton power rolled complete all as specified and directed. Note:-Combined thickness ie 150 mm thick shall be measured in single unit.

M&L for preparing of un surfaced water bound macadam by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. and sweeping with mechanical broomers and finally fanning the cleaned surface with air compressors to removed all loose dirt and applying evenly priming tack coat with bituminous primer @ 10Kg/10 sqm using viscosity grade Bitumen VG-10 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for premix bituminous macadam consolidated thickness (50mm or less) thick with 4% binder content by weight of total mix using viscosity grade Bitumen VG-30 any penetration laid/rolled to required gradient and camber using power road roller complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 30 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, using viscosity grade Bitumen VG-30 rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power roller and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing of black top surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. and sweeping with mechanical broomers and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with air compressors to removed all loose dirt and for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer at 5 kg per 10 sqm using viscosity grade Bitumen VG-10 over black top surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete 40 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, using viscosity grade Bitumen VG-30 rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power roller and compacted to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of road surfaces and applying thermoplastic reflective paint in marking of minimum 2.5mm thick single coat as in centre line and edge line road marking of 150/100 mm width using 'HOT MARK' thermoplastic paint (hot application) white/ yellow by indigenous modern propelled road marking machine as directed including all ingredients such as blinder, glass beads Titanium dioxide calcium carbonate inter fillers, thermoplastic requirement for glass beads shall be the table No 800.4 of MORTH specification including spraying of glass beads etc all as per manufacture instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete ground floor and paving nexc 15cm thick (below or above ground level ) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate in mass concrete and foundation complete all as specified and directed.

M&L sand filling 50mm thick under floors or in foundations including watering and consolidation under interlocking tiles sand cushion complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete factory made interlocking paver block with gray cement & pigment of any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness, M-40 Grade complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1( using 20mm graded aggregate ) as in copping, Kneelers, apex stones bed plates, Kerbs stone, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating completed all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and directed.
