Taking down carefully copper/aluminum point wiring (Light/ fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc, stacking at site for reuse or removing materials to store for keeping in for taking credit and making good the disturbed surfaces / walls/ floors etc.

M&L for point wiring with 1.5 Sq. mm, multi-stranded copper conductor, single core, PVC insulated and unsheathed cable for phase and neutral, including 1.5 Sq. mm PVC insulated unsheathed multi-stranded copper conductor single core cable as earth continuity conductor (in green colour) connected to common earth dolly, drawn in and including PVC Casing and Capping, GI terminal boxes 1.2mm thick fixed flush to wall surface, covered with & including 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet top cover for mounting switch and sockets etc. complete all as specified and directed for following : -

One light point/exhaust fan point controlled by one switch or one ceiling fan point controlled by one switch & electronic type fan regulator.

One 3 pin 5 Amp switch & socket outlet on same board with other switches.

One 3 pin 5 Amp switch & socket outlet on Independent board.

All same as per item ser No. 2.00 here-in-above but wiring using 2.5 sqmm multi-stranded copper conductor, single core, PVC insulated and unsheathed cable, including 2.5 Sq. mm PVC insulated unsheathed multi-stranded copper conductor single core cable as earth continuity conductor (in green colour) connected to common earth dolly for 6 pin, 15/16 Amps socket outlet on independent board.

Returning, filling in soft/loose soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming, in layers not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Removing of surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50 meter and depositing where directed at a level not exc.1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for stone slab 40 to 50 mm thick rough dressed Jodhpur stone slab cover in trenches for protection of cable 25 to 30 cm wide and not less than 50 cm in length laid dry abutting each other with gap between adjacent slab not exceeding 10 mm over sand cushioning all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Local tibba dry sand cushioning and cover (8 cm thick layer of sand before laying of cable and 15 cm thick layer of sand after laying of cable) for protection of cable, material and labour complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Notes : (i) Approved local Tibba dry sand free from vegetations, grass and other deleterious substances shall be used. (ii) For the purpose of payment, only consolidated thickness shall be measured.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing LT XLPE insulated screened, bedded, errazzo steel strip or wire armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium stranded conductor 1100 Volt grade cross sectional area 25 sqmm 4 core laid in trenches/ducts, through pipe, under floors or roads/ along poles etc complete all as specified including dismantling & taking out old unserviceable cable. Notes :- (i) Sand cushioning, cable protection and excavation & earth work shall be measured & paid for separately. (ii) Road cutting/floor cutting /cutting holes etc in walls required for laying/fixing of cable etc shall be made good as per existing. Nothing extra shall be admissible on this account. Quoted rates shall be inclusive of the above provisions.

S&F sheet metal enclosure distribution board for 240 volts, 8 way horizontal type, double door, single pole and neutral with 200 Amps rated neutral copper bus bar for housing MCB and fixed flush in wall surface, and tested on completion complete including taking out old all as directed.

S&F sheet metal enclosures with socket plug top, and MCBs single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB upto 20 Amps, 240 Volt capacity fixed flush to wall surface including making good to damaged surface of wall to match with existing specification and tested on completion complete including taking out old all as directed.

S&F Sheet metal enclosure distribution board TPN, 415 volts, 4 way Horizontal/vertical type as per site requirement, double door type, 200 Amps rated neutral copper bus bar for housing MCBs and including provision for fixing TPN MCB as incomer, DB fixed flush or in wall surface including making good to damaged surface of wall to match with existing specification complete including taking out old all as specified all as specified and directed. Note : MCB SP/SPN/TPN will measured and paid separately under relevant item.

Taking down carefully light fitting any type from surface/recessed/wall mounting type stacking at site for re-use or shifting unserviceable lights to store for taking credit all as directed and specified.

NOTES FOR LED LIGHT FITTINGS & BULBS : (i) All LED light/luminare shall meet the provision laid down in IS - 16101, 16102 Part-I/II, 16103 Part-I, 16104, 16105, 16106, 16108/2012 and 15885 Part -II / Section 13. (ii) Contractor shall submit test report of LED street light fitting from Government accredited test laboratory for LM-79 and LM-80. (iii) Contractor has to furnish a replacement warranty of 02 years for LED light fittings complete including lamps from the date of completion of contract. The product will be replaced on site free of cost in the following case :- (a) Manufacturing defects. (b) Failure due to mechanical and electrical impact. (c) Drop in lumen (or lux at 1 m) below 90% of claimed values of lumen (or lux at 1 m) of the LED /Luminaries.
