REPAIR TO EPOXY/ DEN PATCH, ELASTOMERIC, JOINT FILLING AND CERTAIN B/R WORKS IN SOUTH OF RUNWAY IN TECH AREA AT AF STN AMBALA UNDER GE (AF) AMBALA

M&L for preparation of untreated or old treated horizontal concrete or bituminous surfaces exceeding 10 cm width or girth with wire brushes etc and painting lines dashes strips circles and other markings with one coat of water thinnable/matt finished road marking paint white/orange/yellow/black or any other colour as approved by GE complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for preparation of newly untreated or old treated horizontal concrete or bituminous surfaces not exceeding 10 cm width or girth with wire brushes etc and painting lines dashes strips circles and other markings with one coat of water thinnable/matt finished road marking paint white/orange/yellow/black or any other colour as approved by GE complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

M&L for applying two coats of white wash on floor/wall/ceiling including preparation of old decorated surface by brooming down or scrapping down etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in-Charge

M&L for repair to damaged broken edges of existing cement concrete slabs of taxi track by cutting to a depth 10 to 50 mm, cleaning the surface and remove loose material, dust by blowers of rubbish to a distance exceeding 50 m but not exceeding 100m and applying evenly a coat of dencote 601 epoxy rich primer with sealer and filling in with Epoxy Re-sign denpatch compound complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for repair to cracks of existing bituminous surfaces of taxi tracks by cutting to a width of 10 to 25 mm and 30 to 50 mm deep by mechanical cutters etc cleaning with air compressor to remove all loose particle, dust etc and filling with epoxy tar compound as per manufacturer's instructions and disposing all rubbish / refuse to a distance exceeding 50m but not exceeding 100m complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cutting damaged / broken edges along dummy / construction / expansion joints using saw/suitable cutter, removing rubbish / refuse outside MD land and depositing where directed, cleaning the surfaces with air blowers and applying self levelling elastomeric concrete duly finished by means of trowel, mats, etc. over a coat of elastomeric primer complete all as specified and as directed Notes: (i) Work shall be got executed through authorised applicator of the manufacturer of elastomeric concrete as approved (ii) Due care shall be taken in not damaging existing surfaces in the process. Any such damages caused shall be made good without any extra cost

Raking out existing Sealing compound from expansion Joints of size 20 mm to 25mm wide and up to a depth of 30 mm from existing Flexible/concrete pavements and spilled sealing compound from the edge of expansion joint removing the old sealing compound and all foreign material to a distance of 100 mtr and depositing as directed by Engr-in-Charge, cleaning and preparation of existing expansion joint , priming the sides and bottom of expansion joints with primer for Grade B sealing Compound and Sealing the expansion joint 20mm to 25mm wide and 25 mm deep (leaving a clear space of 5mm at top in winter and 3 mm top in summer with sealing compound Grade B heat resistance complete all as specified and as directed

All as per BOQ srl item No. 07.00 here-in-above but for construction joints of size 10 to 14 mm but wide and upto depth 30 mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning the cracks with wire brushes, making the surface free from dust and material and labour for applying slurry seal containing polymeric modified bitumen emulsion, fine aggregate, cement and lime (1:1:1:1) and water as per requirement and the cracks shall be filled with the above mixture by trowel application the size of cracks 2mm to 6mm and a depth of upto 10mm. After filling the cracks with the above compound, top surface of the crack shall be finished with the same compound uniformly and ensure finish of area complete all as per manufacturer instruction and complete all as specified and as directed
