Taking out of ceiling/exhaust fan/Air circulator fan from AGE E/M store yard/Site and transport to reputed workshop for rewinding the fan starter with the same gauge of copper winding wire as well as number of turns and reassembling the fan after replacing the unserviceable spares like bushes, shafts, fasteners, bearings, capacitors and flexible cord for putting fan in serviceable condition including refixing the same after carrying out necessary repairs to original place complete all as specified and directed of following sizes:- Note:- (i) Fans are to be collected daily by contractor/his Rep irrespective of Qty from MT Yard and Fan must be deposited to MT Yard within seven Days. Failing which 100Rs/Day will be deducted from Workdone. (ii) Bushes, shafts, bearings, capacitors, flexible wires,painting etc. shall be measured and paid separately)

S&F in replacement of capacitor 2.50/3.15/4.0 mfd capacity (condenser) of exhaust and ceiling fans complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 3 core PVC flexible copper conductor cable(cord) of 0.5 Sqmm complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F GM bushes for ceiling/exhaust fans of various sizes complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Screws for fan body/fan blade of Fan of any make/model complete all as specfied and as directed

M&L for attending complaints of pressure pump within 8 Hours after receiving complaints telephonically of low pressure or pump not working complete all as specified and directed. Note: All T&P including ladder shall be arranged by Contractor at his own cost which is deemed to be included in this quoted rate. (ii) 100 Rs/day shall be deducted from work done when the complaint is not attended.

M&L for Lathe work/machine work for fitting/housing in Pump of any size/ type/ model complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down ceiling fan/exhaust fan for overhauling,oiling greasing etc and reassembling the same after necessary replacement of unserviceable parts like bush, capacitors, wire, bearing, etc. refixing the same with proper fitting of blades, clamps, split pin, etc. Note : Bushes, shafts, bearings, capacitors, flexible wires,painting etc. shall be measured and paid separately

M&L for painting with two coats of white synthetic enameled paint after preparation of surface and marking MES No by black permanent marker complete all as specified and directed

Taking down old unserviceable Auto cut and S&F new auto cut (pressure release valve ) suitable for pressure pump of capacity 0.5 -1.0 HP complete all as specified and directed

Taking out/dismantling of pressure pump of capacity 0.5 -1.0 HP at site to reputed workshop for rewinding the pressure pump with the same gauge of copper winding wire as well as number of turns and reassembling the pump after replacing the unserviceable spares part like bushes, shafts, fasteners, bearings, capacitors and copper wire for putting pump in serviceable condition including refixing the same after carrying out necessary repairs to original place complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Spare parts , rewinding work etc required for repairing the pump shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate by contractor.

Taking down carefully aluminum point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete fittings such as switches, C/roses, Pendants DBs, sockets etc. including taking down carefully by unscrewing from boards/outlet/DBs/fittings such as switches, sockets, lamp holders, brackets, ceiling fittings bulkhead fittings, tube light fittings, fan regulator, electric meters, meter box any type etc as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. All the removed material will be handed over to the contractor under schedule of credit and making good to the disturbed surface by plastering and two coat of distamper, matching with existing .

M & L for concealed point wiring complete with 1.5 Sqmm single core multistranded copper conductor FRLS PVC insulated and unsheathed cable 1100 volts grade drawn through and including non metallic rigid PVC conduit,medium grade minimum 20mm dia ISI marked and conduit accessories fixed concealed in wall/ceiling/roof etc with sunken type pressed steel/welded MS terminal boxes made out of 1.6 mm MS sheet, 3mm thick laminated sheet top cover for mounting of fittings,switches,sockets outlets,regulators etc complete including provisining of 1.5 sqmm FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed cable 1100 volt grade with multi stranded copper conductor to common earth and connected to earth dolly for the following :-
