Providing and Laying cement concrete 1:5:10 nominal mix ( One Cement is to five Sand is to Ten graded crushed stone aggregrate.) 40mm ( forty milimetre) nominal size with minimum cement contents 130 kg (One hundred thirty kilogram) per cubic metre and curring complete . including cost of form work for plain /reinforce concrete in retaining walls, breast wall as per drawing and MORD tecnical specification 2014 Clause 800 and 1200 including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts ,shoring and shuttering and curring complete including pumping or bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) up to all depth and any quantum of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering and carriage of machinery, material ,tools equipment safety measures and including carriage of materials with in all leads lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.The rate includes, octroi, Malkana , Toll tax , Goods Service Tax, building and other construction work, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, levy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.

Nominal Mix 1:4:8 (one cement : four sand: eight graded stone aggregate 40mm) (forty millimeter) as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of materials with with in all leads and lifts and other incidental. Providing and laying approved factory made chamfered edge Cement Concrete paver blocks in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc, of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by tablevibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick (fifty milimetre) compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand. complete all as per direction of Engineer-in - Charge 80 mm thick C.C. paver block of M-30 grade with approved color design and pattern.with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals.
