Taking up or down cast iron water main 150mm dia/ bore (including all fittings), with spigot and socket ends & lead joints including burning out joints and recovering lead complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down cast iron water main 100mm dia/ bore (including all fittings), with spigot and socket ends & lead joints including burning out joints and recovering lead complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down GI pipe 50mm dia/ bore with fittings complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down GI pipe 25mm dia/ bore with fittings complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking up or down GI pipe 15mm dia/ bore with fittings complete and all as specified and as directed Note for item Nos 1 to 5: Excavation, removal and returning filling will be measured and paid separately under respective item.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for taking out/for laying under ground pipes etc and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n-exc 25 cms in soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil to a distance n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, jointing, testing and laying in trenches/ floor/ wall etc in standard lengths, centrifugally cast (spun) Ductile iron (DI) pressure pipes with inside cement mortar lining and black bitumen external coating of size 150mm nominal diameter, class K-7, conforming to IS-8329, bearing ISI mark, including push on joints complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, jointing, testing and laying in trenches/ floor/ wall etc in standard lengths, centrifugally cast (spun) Ductile iron (DI) pressure pipes with inside cement mortar lining and black bitumen external coating of size 100mm nominal diameter, class K-7, conforming to IS-8329, bearing ISI mark, including push on joints complete all as specified and as directed. Note for item Nos 9 and 10: (i) DI specials and Earthwork as required shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items. (ii) The cost of push on type joint deemed to be included in the rate quoted.

Supply and fix DI specials such as bends any type, radius and angle, tapers any type, (straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double sockets etc) tee pipes, single branch, Y junction, double branch cross etc., conforming to IS for upto 300 mm dia pipe complete all as specified and directed .

GI Steel tubing medium grade 50mm dia/ bore along with fittings in trenches/ wall complete all as specified and directed

GI Steel tubing medium grade 25mm dia/ bore along with fittings in trenches/ wall complete all as specified and directed

Disconnection and removing the U/S gate valve 50mm dia/bore and S & F Gun metal globe or gate valve 50mm dia/bore with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for GI Pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnection and removing the U/S gate valve 25mm dia/bore and S & F Gun metal globe or gate valve 25mm dia/bore with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for GI Pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnection and removing the unserviceable Sluice Valve 100mm dia/bore and S & F Sluice Valve 100mm dia/bore PN 1.6, Non raising type, brass spindle with hand wheel head, screwed both ends for DI Pipe 100 mm dia/bore, including jointing material, complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnection and removing the unserviceable Sluice Valve 150mm dia/bore and S & F Sluice Valve 150mm dia/bore PN 1.6, Non raising type, brass spindle with hand wheel head, screwed both ends for DI Pipe 150 mm dia/bore, including jointing material, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Pit masonary for valves constructed with dimensions 1100 x 1100 x 900 mm suitable for sluice valves upto 150mm with PCC 1:4:8 Type D2 for foundation, laterite stone masonry wall in CM 1 :6 and dressed to proper size, PCC 1:2:4 type B1 for coping, rendering in CM 1:4 15 mm thick both sides, provision of MS sheet cover fabricated out of 3 mm thick sheet with angle iron 40 mm x 40 mm x 6 mm frame and locking arrangement incl painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, dismantling the existing u/s valve chamber, excavation and earth work complete all as specifiecd and directed.
