Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) including removing debris to outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for roughening the surface of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only 3 mm thick and 38 mm wide glass dividing strips complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: - FIXING CHARGES OF THIS ITEM SHALL DEEMED TO BE INCLUDED IN THE UNIT RATE OF FLOOR.

M & L for providing plain cement concrete, type D-2, 1:4:8 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2, (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in plinth protection laid in alternate panels, 75mm thick finished even and smooth without using extra cement including forming construction joints filled with bitumen grade A mixed with sand in ratio 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in floor finishes 40mm thick laid in panels & finished even and smooth without using extra cement and including glass dividing strips complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for machine cut kota stone slab in one pices for stair case flooring 20-25 mm thick and including 15mm thick cement screed bed in CM 1:6 laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and mirror finshed polishing in complete all as specified.

M & L for providing plain cement concrete type B-1, 1:2:4, (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate), as in copings, bed block for embedding hold fasts, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles & throating as directed including necessary form work as required complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ old size bricks straight or curved on plan exc. 6.00 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 including demolition of brick / stone / pcc block masonary built in cement moratar complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises

M & L for non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm and not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors over and including 15mm thick screed in CM 1:6 etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shades of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface, 450x350x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over and including 10mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for chequered cement concrete tiles 25mm thick size of tiles as approved set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigments in floor over and including 20mm thick screed bed with cm 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, of any description including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces including finishing the surfaces even and fair complete all as specified and directed.
