Supply and filling of stone soling in foundation trenches tightly hand packed with hand ramming, dressing ,watering incld. carriage of material from source to site of work complete

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work up to plinth level 1:4:8 (1 Cement: 4 coarse sand: 8 grade stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) including all carriages.

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete including curing but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. All works upto plinth level 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including all carriages.

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete at all levels, Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more, including all carriages.

Centering and shuttering including strutting propping etc. and removal of form for foundation, footings basses of columns etc . For mass concrete including all carriages.

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia and length (hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners shall be paid for separately).First class deodar wood with carriage.

Extra for circular works such as in frames of fan light first class Deodar Wood.

Applying priming coat With ready mixed aluminum primer of approved brand and manufacture on resinous wood and ply wood including carriage.

Finishing with Deluxe multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using primer as per manufacturers’ specifications.Painting wood work with deluxe multi surface paint of required shade. Two or more coats applied @ 0.90litre/10sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.75litre/10sqm of approved brand and manufacture with carriage.
