Certain Repairs to water Proofing treatment to roof plastering periodical works and other misc works under AGE B/R-I, GE (AF) No 02 Jodhpur

Amount

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for (roof padding, flooring above ground floors) including roof treatment and removing from site all as specified and directed.

M&L for 50 mm thick (average) cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-0 mix (12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) in padding over roof.complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 over concrete surfaces (Roof) mixed with water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement complete all as specified. NOTE : Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately as “Supply only”

Supply only integral water proofing compound ISI marked.

M&L for complete removal of existing Old App membrane treatment from roof surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for applying roof treatment on top of roof with APP modified membrane (minimum 3 mm thick) with non-woven polyster reinforcement/mat (centre core) with thermal insulation with white mineral gravel finish on upper side of membrane laid by torch application method with overlaps 100mm on length side and 100 mm on the width side as per manufacturer’s instructions over and including a coat of approved cold applied bituminous oil based primer (IS- 3384) @ 250 gm/sqm over cleaned roof surface complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting existing tanks, any capacity, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs of roofs and hoisting if required, reconnecting and refixing in position (Repairs to roofs measured separately).

Disconnecting existing tanks of any description exc. 250 ltrs and n.exc. 500 ltrs capacity and removing from site.

Disconnecting existing tanks of any description exc. 500 ltrs and n.exc. 1000 ltrs capacity and removing from site.

S&F 500 litres capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks ISI marked (cylindrical vertical with closed top thread type cover), hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I, connecting up pipes including 20 mm bore ball brass valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed. (Minimum weight of ball valve - 210 gms)

S&F 1000 litres capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks ISI marked (cylindrical vertical with closed top thread type cover), hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part-I, connecting up pipes including 20 mm bore ball brass valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed. (Minimum weight of ball valve - 210 gms)

Taking up or down steel tubing 15mm bore and connections including cleaning for refixing or removing from site.

Taking up or down steel tubing 20mm bore and connections including cleaning for refixing or removing from site.

Refixing old steel tubing, 15mm bore, and connections with new or old position (Walls, ceiling, floors, etc.) Note :- Steel tubes obtained from item No. 13 above shall be used under this item.

Refixing old steel tubing, 20mm bore, and connections with new or old position (Walls, ceiling, floors, etc.) Note :- Steel tubes obtained from item No. 14 above shall be used under this item.

Supply and laying 15mm bore tubes, galvainzed steel, medium grade, with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying 20mm bore tubes, galvainzed steel, medium grade, with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in floors all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair for 110 mm PVC(SWR) pipes single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches or in floors,walls height upto 12.0 m with required number of PVC clamps incl fixing make: Prince or supreme or eqvilant complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair for 110 mm bore PVC (SWR) bend, suitable for type ‘A’ pipes, any radius.

M&L for preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying one coat of white wash. Note:- Quoted rate shall be deemed to be included for work in buildings/structure(like Stairecase, mumpty, OHT, Shed, Sump etc) of any height including necessary scaffolding.

M&L for preparation of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of ceiling and applying one coat of white wash. Note:- Quoted rate shall be deemed to be included for work in buildings/structure(like Stairecase, mumpty,OHT, Shed, Sump etc) of any height including necessary scaffolding.

M&L for preparation, removing/scrapping down existing surface where ever necessary of old plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying one coat(finished coat) or two coat(where ever necessary and as directed) of oil bound distemper (OBD) white or tinted including removing existing nails, if any, any Nos and filling the disturbed /uneven surface, holes/voids with wall care putty/POP where ever necessary to achive the smooth surface as directed by Engr-in-charge

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment from walls and applying two coat of oil bound distemper (OBD), over one coat of alkali resistant primer, over a thin layer of wall care putty complete all as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint.complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of old painted wooden surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint.complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick/concrete/stone walls/ceiling/chajja or in any possition, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick/concrete/stone work in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using exctra cement, in any possition.complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered or unplastered surface of walls, applying two coat of cement base paint over a coat of cement primer complete all as specified and directed.
