Earth work in excavation for all type of road structure such as retaining walls, breast walls, culverts, drains and parapets etcetra in all type of classification of soil comprising of ordinary soil, ordinary rock, hard rocks, chiseling/wedging out of rocks (where blasting is prohibited) as per drawings and technical specification clause 305.1 and as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal of materials upto all leads and lift including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable approved material to the original surface in layers not exceeding 150mm (One hundred fifty millimetre) compacted thickness including shoring and strutting and pumping and bailing out water (surface and sub soil water) upto any depth and any quantum of water including cleaning of slush which may arise out during dewatering as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge and carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying Mechanically mixed and vibrated plain cement concrete M-10 (ten) graded crushed stone aggregate 40 mm (forty millimetre) nominal size) in open foundations and plinths or similar works complete as per drawings and technical specification for rural roads clause 802, 803, 1202 and 1203 and curing complete including the cost of form work and hauling of materials in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specific sizes 63-45mm (Sixty three to forty five millimetres) to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN (eighty by hundred Kilo Newton) in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading-II by manual means as per technical Specification Clause 405 including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental charges and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregate of specific sizes 53-22.4mm (fifty three to twenty two point four millimetres) to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN (eighty by hundred Kilo Newton) in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading-III by manual means as per technical Specification Clause 405 including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental charges and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying primer coat low porosity with bitumen emulsion (SS-I) (Slow setting-I) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface with hydraulic broom and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 to 1.0 Kg per sqm (zero point seventy to one point zero kilogram per square metre) using mechanical means as per Technical Specification clause 502 including hauling of material within all leads and lifts and other incidental charges and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-I) (Rapid setting-I) using emulsion distributor at the rate of 0.25 to 0.30 Kg per sqm (zero point twenty five to zero point thirty kilogram per square metre) on the prepared granular surface treated with primer and cleaned with hydraulic broom as per Technical Specification clause 503 including hauling of material within all leads and lifts and other incidental charges and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying 25 mm (twenty five) thick semi dense bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 ( seventy five) tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 Viscosity grade-thirty bitumen) @ 5 per cent ( five percent) (percentage by weight of total mix) and lime filler @ 2% (two percent) (percentage by weight of Aggregate) @ of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 508 complete in all respects including entire carriage of material with in all leads lifts and technical specifications as per the direction by the Engineer-in-Charge and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of royality, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete M15 (fifteen)(1:2.5:5) using graded crushed stone aggregate 40 mm (forty millimetre) nominal size) in foundation and parapets, etcetre complete including cost of form work as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203 including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidental charges and as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing of 900 mm (nine hundred millimetre) equilateral triangle semi reflective cautionary, mandatory and informatory sign board as per IRC:67 made of 1.5 mm(one point five millimetre) thick MS Sheet duly stove white colour in front and grey colour on back with red reflective border of 65 mm (sixty five millimetre) width and required letters and figures with reflective tape engineering grade as per Clause 1701.3.9 of MORD for Rural Roads of required shade and colour supported and welded on 47mm x 47 mm x 12 SWG ( forty seven milimetre in to forty seven millimetre into twelve SWG) sheet tube firmly fixed to the ground by mean of properly designed foundations with M-15 (fifteen) grade cement concrete 450x450x600 mm ( four hundred fifty into four hundred fifty into six hundred millimetre) , 600 mm ( six hundred millimetre) below ground level as per approved drawing Clause 1701.2.2 including hauling of material in all leads, lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-charge. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing 200 (Two hundred) metre stone (precast) reinforced cement concrete mechanically mixed and vibrated M-15(M-fifteen) grade nominal mix 1:2½:5 ( one cement: two and half sand : five graded crushed stone aggregate 20mm ( twenty milimetre) nominal size, kilometer stone/ Local stone of standard design as per IRC :8 Fixing in position including painting and printing etcetra as per drawing and M.O.R.D. technical specification rural roads Clause 1703 as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge including entire carriage of material within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Routine Maintenance after completion of construction work as per terms and condition of bid document that is 4 (vi) of contract data to general condition of contract and technical specifications of Ministry of Rural Development for rural roads August 2004 for rural roads including hauling/carriage of all labour equipment and materials to various locations through all modes of transportations in all leads and lifts to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.The rates are inclusive of octroi, royality, malkana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.
