TERM CONTRACT FOR ARTIFICERS WORK AT ZONE A AREA UNDER GE (ARMY) TRIVANDRUM

To perform Term contract services and execute such works upon the items and condition contained or referred to in the aforesaid documents and upon the conditions here-in-after contained as may be demanded and as are enumerated in the aforesaid MES Schedule of Rates 2009 Part –I (Specifications) and 2020 Part-II (Rates) together with amendments 1 to 3 for Part I and amendments 1 to 122 for Part II as applicable and General conditions of Contracts (IAFW-2249) together with errata 1 to 20 and amendment No. 1 to 49 forming part of tender documents at the rates contained in the aforesaid MES schedule during the period of one year from the date of acceptance of tender. Notes: (i) Tenderer shall insert the percentage at the 5th column. The actual amount of contract would be 15.00 lakhs (Max). The contractors may fill the % intended to quote over SSR rates by selecting the option excess (+) or less (-) to quote the percentage above/ below the SSR 2020 (Part-II Rates). (ii) The total/ cumulative amount of Work order shall not be exceed the amount given in NIT (15.00 lakhs) and not to be considered the quoted amount reflected in BOQ. Being Term contract, work is priced at rates given in SSR and supplimentary rate (SR) shall not be enhanced with the percentage quoted by the contractor over SSR, since the rate is finalized based on the present market rate.
