Construction of twin F type G plus 1 Quarters building at Tahasil office Kuarmunda Panposh 4 Nos Quarters for the year 2025-26

Earth work in excavation IN ALL KINDS OF SOILS by manual means overareas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10sqm on plan) inculding disposal of excavated earth up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5m with all lead and lift including shoring, shuttering & dewatering (if required) with cost of all Labour, Labour cess ,Hire & Running charges of the water pumps, Sundries, T & P required for the work complete as directed by the Engineer- in- charge.

Dismantling brick or stone masonry in lime or cement mortar under 3m.height including stacking the useful etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Filling in foundation and plinth with sand in layers well watered and rammed including cost, conveyance, royalty of all the materials required for the work labour with T&P etc. complete in all respect as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge

Cement Concrete of proportion(1:3:6) in foundation and plinth using 4cm size clean hard black granite metal of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering and laying in layers not exceeding 15cm thick to the required level, ramming

Cement concrete work (1:2:4) using 12 mm to 20 mm size black hard crusher broken granite stone chips of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting,lowering , laying and compacting concrete watering and curing for 28 days including finish

Earth work in ordinary soil within 50 m. initial lead and 1.5 m initial lift including ressing & breading clods to omaximum 5cm to 7cm & laying in layers not exceding 0.3 M in depth & as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.
