S/O GI pipe 50mm dia. Size, medium class with GI flange welded in both sides 3mtrs long with MS strips complete with threading work on each side of pipe each flange should be 4 holes and cut for cables.Make of pipe: Jindal/TATA

S/O submersible cable with copper conductor having three cores sizes 4.0sqmm (100M roll). Make:- Havells/Gloster or any other make approved by DJB.

S/O G.I. tail piece pipe piece of 50mm dia medium class 1.5mtr long complete with one end threaded and one end welded with flange. Make Jindal/TATA/DJB approved

S/O M.S. clamp of 600mm long 12mm thick complete with nut and bolts and washers for holding the 50mm dia pipe including bending and shaping etc. required.

S/O rubber insertion joining sheet conforming IS638/79 with ISI mark 1.5mm thick. Make Jyoti or any other make approved by DJB.

S/O required off size threaded nut-bolts of good quality.

Supply of MS Bore cover 8mm thick suitablefor 200mm dia in 2 pieces complete with bolting arrangement angle iron frame and provision of 50mm dia hole in the center.

Lowering & lifting of sub/sets from bore by taking out double flanged GI pipes, submersibleP/Set, Cable, cutting of rusted nuts and boltsetc and replacementof damaged D/F GI pipes, cable, defective pump set etc as per siterequirement and lowering of sub P/set, sub cable, GI Pipe etc asrequired, jointing of cable from sub P/Set along with holding of cable with pipes and jointing of D/F pipes etc with nuts bolts and rubber packing etc. The job includes hiring of all T&P, tripod stand, chain pulley block and other material handling equipments.
