Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of outdoor type step down transformer of capacity 500 KVA , 11KV 3 phase /433 Volts, 3 Phase and neutral, 50 HZ, ONAN cooled oil immersed copper wound type transformer with corrugated off cuircuit tap links of rating +-7.5 % @ 2.5% by means of hand operated off load tap changing gear. 500 KVA capacity transformer copper wound step down outdoor type 11000/433 volts (at no load) double wound oil immersed naturally cooled with external cooling tubes laminated core type having delta connection on primary side (HV) and star connection on secondary side (LV) in accordance with vector symbol DY-11 (vector group 4) with neutral brought on secondary side (LV side) and having tapping to vary secondary voltage +/- 7.5 %, the maximum temperature rise should not exceed 45 degree centrigrade in oil and 50 degree centrigrade in HV/LV winding when measured by resistance method after continuous full load run in ambient temp the transformer shall confirming to IS 1180 Part-I:2014 or latest IS specification for higher energy efficiency (minimum level II or higher ) maufacturer shall hold licence / certificate from BIS to this effect and comprising of following accessories complete all as specified and directed. (a) HV side Cable box with 03 Nos porcelains HV bushing with arching horns on HV side suitable for 11 KV completewith bushing rods and nuts washers and cable glands suitable for reception of 3 core 95 Sqmm cable HT Cable 11000 Volts grade XLPE insulated heavy duty including gland complete. (b) 01 No cable end box on LV secondary side consisting of 04 Nos porcelain bushing (One No neutral earth and three Nos for phase ) with rods and nuts washers and cable glands suitable for reception of out 3.5 core 400 Sqmm cable LT 1100 Volts grade XLPE insulated heavy duty including gland joint complete.(c) Oil conservator with filter type drain valve and oil level gauge(d) Dehydrating breather with first filling of dehydrating agent (e) Explosive vent. (f) Thermometer pocket including temperature gauge (g) Two earthing terminals on tank body to facilitate fixing of 32x6mm GI strips. (h) One No thermometer dial type vapour pressure type having range 0-120 degree centigrade with maximum temperature indicator and re-setting device to maximum temperature including needle of temperature gauge: Max reading painted terminal. (i) Rating plate with terminal plate. (j) Oil level gauge. (k) Oil drain filter valve. (l) Oil filling hole on top cover with plug. (m) Air release valve/plug. (n) 4 Nos plain solid cast steel detachable rollers. (o) First fill of transformer oil conforming to relevant ISI and tested upto 60 KV dielectric strength. (p)Two No lifting hook at side of transformer (q) 1Nos Breather duly filled with silica jel crystals capacity as per OEM recommndation.Note :- (i) The erection, installation of transformer shall be done under the supervision of manufacturer auth rep of Manufacturers & Testing certificate to this office shall be submitted by contractor duly signed by manufacturer. (Note:- Testing of Transformer will be carried out by the competent authority, Required T&P necessary arragements for testing to be provded by the contractor deemed to be included in the quoted rate.)

Supply install testing and commissioning of factory assembled diesel Engine driven generating set 500 KVA capacity duly certified by agencies / lab designated by MoEF/CPCB with latest norms for 3 phase, 4 wire, 415 V, 1500 RPM, 50 Hz power supply with power factor 0.8 coupled directly to alternator mounted on a common base plate complete with integrated acoustic enclosures having salient features modular bolted construction with fabrication on imported CNC turrert punch machines, Nine tank treatment process with pure polyester based powder coating to ensure long life in all weather conditions and for out door application/installation. Integrated design thereby facilating/easy handling installation and shifting of the eqpt at site. The design of integrated acoustic enclosure should be of type approved by National physical laboratory as per central pollution control board (CPCB) latest norms/regulation with fuel tank, battery and standard accessories including cost of fitted in all and Tools and spares as provided by manufacturer all as specified and as directed with the following specifications :-. (A) ENGINE : Water cooled with radiator diesel Engine (confirming to IS : 10001/10002 ) of 1500 RPM capacity to match the 500 KVA alternator under NTP conditions with provision of 10% overload for 1 hour in every 12 hours running. (xvii) Fuel Pumpwith Electonic Governor. (xviii) ESTC Injector. (xix) 24 Volt DC Solenoid Coil.(xx) Dual fuel filter System. (xxi) 24 Volt DC Starter (xxii) 24 Volt DC Charging Alternator(xxiii) Inbuilt fuel Tank as per OEM recommended fabricated from sheet metal complete with drain valve,air vent and inlet and outlet connection. The fuel Tank shall be placed inside acoustic enclosure.

(B) BRUSH LESS ALTERNATOR (i) Synchronous Alternator of capacity 500 KVA coupled to Engine through a flexible coupling for continous operation at 1500 RPM generating 415 volts at 0.8 pf (lag ) 50 Hz, 3 Phase, 4 wire system. The alternator shall be brushless type,self excited and self regulated through an AVR. The alternator will be suitable for Tropical climate and shall generally confirm to IS 4722.The alternator should be include with the follwing. (i) + or - 1% voltage regulation in static conditions (ii) Ip 23 protection with class 'H' insulation & temperature limited to class 'H' insulation limited. (iii) Permanent lubricated sealed bearing. (iv) Permissable over load of 10 % for one Hour of 12 Hours operation. (v) Engine and alternator to be mounted over AVM pads,coupled and aligned on a common channel Iron fabricated base frame.

(D) Acoustic enclosure- Acoustic Enclosure suitable for 500 KVA DG set as under. (i) Fabricated out of CRCA sheet of suitable thickness not less than 1.6mm. Polyster based powder coated internaly and externaly with lockable type door handle. All nuts and handles shall be zinc coated. (ii) The doors are gasketed with EPDM gaskets. The construction should be such that it prevent entry of rain water splashing in to enclosure and allows free and quick flow of rain water to the ground in the event of heavy rain, (iii) Sound proofing with high quality rock wool/mineral wool confirming to IS 8183 of density at 96 Kg /M3 coverd with fiber glass cloth and perforated powder coats sheet specialy designed allenuators (Sound controller) at air entry and exit of the container noice level shall be not exceed 75 dBA at 1 meter distance as per CPCB norms. (iv) Adequate ventilation to meet air requirement for combustion and heat removal with provn of a blower. (v) Emergency stop push button out side the container. (vi) Provn of light inside the canopy providing of LED fitting 1x20 watt with wiring and control switch. (vii) The canopy should be provided with hight enclosure temprature safty device. As recommended by manufacturers (C) BASE PLATE Sturdy, fabricated welded contruction out of MS channels ISMC of suitable size suitable for fixing of DG set, required anti-vibration mounting pads shall be provided all specified by the manufacturer.Note: 1. Certifact for compliance of pollution under control as per CPCB norms to be provided by the manufacturer is to be submited. 2. Test cerfitificate by the manufacturer is to be submited 3. AMF Panel to be certified CPRI, contractor submit to same to the department. ) (Note: (i) DG set load testing to be carried by the competent authority and arrangement for the same deemed to be included in above quoted rates. (ii) DG set shall be assembeled with sound proof canopy)

Fabrication and supply 4 wheel (double Axle) trolley with spring suspension suitbale for mounting of 500 KVA transformer, Size of trolley shall be of minimum length 3500mm, width 2000mm and as per OEM recommendation and load carriyng capacity up to 4500 KG along with turn table parking brake and 04 Nos screw jack assembly with 4mm thick MS plate for Top, 7.50 X 16 R size tyres and Axle. The mobile unit set will bolleted on frame trolley including four side grilling and top covered with sheets and locking arrangement for both sides with necessary angle and including all connected work complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Size of trolley may be increase with respect of manufacturer.)

Fabrication and supply 8 wheel (double Axle) trolley with spring suspension suitbale for mounting of 500 KVA Generator Set, Size of trolley shall be of minimum legth 6000mm, width 2000mm and as per OEM recommendation and load carrying capacity up to 10000 KG along with turn table parking brake and 04 Nos screw jack assembly with 5mm thick MS plate for Top, 7.50 X 16 R size tyres and Axle. The mobile unit set will bolleted on frame trolley suppport antivibration pad and including all connected work complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Size of trolley may be increase with respect of manufacturer.) Note for Srl No 03 & 04 :- (i) Fabrication MS Trolley size as per directed by OEM/Eng-in-charge and new tyres make JK/Apoll/MRF/Ceat complete with rim new heavy duty. (ii) All painting and writing works rate to be deemed included in quoted rate (iii) Other necessary parts like nuts, boltd and washer etc to be deemed included in quoted rate (iv) Contractor should be produce the trolley drawing from the manufacturer and approved by GE.(iv) Installation of transformer/DG sets in trolley to be deemed included in quoted rate.

Supply, installing, testing and commisioning of LT cubical panel board 415 volts , 50 Hz , 3 phase , 4 wire , out door type weather, vermin, dust proof, front operated with adequate air ventilation at sides and back fabricated out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet with double door shutter and locking arrangements cables trays cable lugs, and LT panel also CPRI approved etc.including provision for taking out incoming and outgoing cables duly marked with relevant letter plates of appropriate size for each feeder cables danger board etc suitably mounted on trolley all as specified and as directed comprising the following:- (i) Bus bar chamber consisting of four Nos copper bus bars duly sleeved of capacity of 1000 Amps for phases and 600 Amps for neutral. Duly insulated with PVC sleeves RYB , mounted on heavy duty epoxy insulation in separate compartment. (ii) Multi functional digital type meter showing ampere , voltage PF phase to phase & phase to neutral . Make : L&T/HP/ABB or Equivalent make (iii) LED type indicating lamps (RYB) with holders controlled by fuzes and swicthes . (make: Siemen/L&T / HPL) (iv) Panel board internal wiring with suitable rated PVC insulated copper conductors. (v) Microprocessor MCCB 630 Amps 4 pole 36 kA - 1 No (in coming) Make:- L&T/Legrand/Havells/Schneider/ABB (vi) Microprocessor MCCB 630 Amps 4 pole 36 kA - 1 Nos (Out going) Make:- L&T/Legrand/Havells/Schneider/ABB (Note :- LT Panel supplied by the contractor to be certified by CPRI and the same to be submitted to the deptarment before approval of LT panel for incorporative.)

Supply, laying, jointing and testing XLPE insulated, PVC inner sheathed, armoured with galvanised steel strip, heavy duty, LT underground cable ISI marked with aluminium multistranded conductor 1100 volt grade of size 240 Sqmm 3.5 core laid in duct passing through pipe / duct or fixed on pole and connecting complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing XLPE insulated, PVC inner sheathed, armoured with galvanised steel strip, heavy duty, HT underground cable ISI marked with aluminium multistranded conductor 11000 volt grade of size 95 Sqmm 3 core laid in duct passing through pipe / duct or fixed on pole and connecting complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing cable jointing kit for 11 KV grade (Earthed) cable for indoor type termination Heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 Core XLPE armoured aluminimum conductor cable of size 95 Sqmm complete all as specified and as directed. (Note :- The joniting material like long sleeve for Transformer connection and other connected items will incluive in above rate)

Supply and fix onload changeover switch capacity 630 Amp with enclosure complete all as specified and directed. Make - Havells /Legrand / L&T
