Preparation of old painted oily , dirty & corrosion surface of transformers, HT & LT panels inside factory & EDK for painting complete with M & L all as specified and directed. Note: Preparation of surfaces (Cleaning) will be done by scraper,wire brush,sand paper for removing rust/ paint/ dust and then the surface shall be wiped finally with mineral turpentine to remove oil,grease, dust etc.

Painting of transformer of inside factory & EDK with two coats of aluminum paint complete with M & L all as specified and directed.

Painting of transformers and HT/ LT panels at sub stations of inside factory & EDK with two coats of synthetic enamel Grey colour paint complete with M & L all as specified and directed.

Painting of LT panels of inside factory & EDK with two coats of synthetic enamel paint Red colour complete with M & L all as specified and directed .

Writing letters / figures of height 4 cm in English on HT & LT Panels & transformers of Inside Fy & EDK with thick paint ( White or Black) stand out boldly and solidly complete with M & L all as specified and directed. ( Note : 10 Nos per 4 cm height is said one unit.)

Supply and fixing of Aluminium strip 25mm X 3.15 mm complete with saddle and fixing screws for roof and down conductors of the LP system inside factory & EDK with material and labour ass as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of 20 x 3mm copper strip earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall or batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit /pipe etc inside factory & EDK with material and labour all as specified and directed.

Excavating in trenches not exceeding 1.0 m wide and 1.0 m depth and getting it out in hard/dense soil. Complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition & dismantling Cement concrete in ground floors & pavings not exceeding 15 cm thick below or above ground level.

M&L PCC Type C2, mixed by volume 1:3:6 with 40 mm normal size graded coarse aggregate.

Rendering 10mm thick Cement plaster 1:6 finishing the concrete surface around the elect pole M & L complete all as specified and directed.

Straightening of LT/HT Electrical poles inside factory and EDK- Straitening of tilted LT/HT , RCC/tubular poles in true vertical position. Over head conductors are to be dismantled if required and properly re-fixed on poles after straightening the pole. Soil digging and filling of cement concrete (PCC) in pole pit and coping will be measured separately. Complete all as specified and directed.

Removal and refixing of repaired/ new exhaust fan - Exhaust fan 3phase/Single phase is to be removed from walls of shop floor for repairing and repaired/new exhaust fan to be fixed on wall. Repairing of exhaust fan/ issue of new one will be done by OFK. If any wear/tear occur during removal & refixing same to be made good by firm. Complete all as specified and directed.

Copper plate earthing - Earthing complete (including excavation of soil) with copper plate electrode 60x60cm x3.15mm thick burried directly in ground (earth plate not less than 2.25m below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level and duly filled with alternate layer of char coal & salt from 150mm below the plate to 150mm above the plate (total 900mm thick) connected to 20 x 3mm copper strip as earthing lead in GI protection pipe of size 40mm dia upto 7.5m long by means of nuts, bolts, washers, check nuts of GI steel, fitted with funnel complete all as per procedure and as shown in SSR electrical plate No. 3 connected to earth test point/earth bus (to be provided near incoming mains) all as specified and testing including PCC earth pit chamber duly cement plaster finished and RCC pit cover 1mX1mX150mm, PCC hard standing surrounding the earth pit chamber, location of the earth pit marked on the nearest wall to be written with paint (for distance & value of earth pit) with material and labour. Earth pit chamber will be made 0.5m above the ground level. Complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing of single pointed rod ( Al solid rod ) 20mm dia and 600mm long fixed with angle iron size 50mm X 50mmX 6mm thick, 1.5 meter long including binding with galvanized steel two strand barbed wire of 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and surrounded to the above angle with proper clamping both the end protection from the monkey nuisance. Complete bracket to be fixed on the wall of the building or existing truss/girder of the building with proper grouting bolts of nut bolts of 12mm dia with material Labour. Work to be done inside factory, Complete all as specified and directed.
