Concrete work (BBCC Grade 1:4:8): Providing and laying, Machine/Hand mixed, properly compacted including ramming, consolidating, curing etc. All complete as per specifications. (Including Cost of Formwork if required)

Providing and supplying ISI Standard R.C.C. pipes 200 MM Dia (Sulphate Resisting Cement) in standard lengths of following class and diameter suitable for rubber ring joints including all taxes, insurance, transportation, freight charges, octroi, inspection charges, loading, unloading, conveyance to departmental stores, stacking etc. Class NP3 Test Pressure 0.7 Kg/sq.cm. Actual laid pipeline length shall be measured and paid.

CHAMBER: Constructing brick masonry Inspection Chamber with local best quality in cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand), necessary excavation, foundation concrete 1:4:8, inside plaster 12 mm to 15 mm thick with cement mortar 1:4 finished with a floating coat of neat cement and making channels in cement concrete 1:2:4 mix neatly finished with floating coat of neat cement. The internal size of chamber 600 mm x 600 mm X 1000 mm (Depth) including RCC precast cover with frame etc. complete.

Extra above item no. 104 if depth is over 1000 mm or more. The remaining specification shall be same as per above. The rate shall be provide per RMT extra above directd limit.

Providing & fixing of MEDIUM DUTY-RCC/FRC MANHOLE COVERS WITH FRAME size of 600mm X 600mm in true line, level, cement vata including removal of existing damaged CI/GI/ RCC covers and debris to be removed to be outside the campus.

Carefully Dismantling / Removal of BBCC/ PCC with hand tools/ machinery. The debris needs to be transported outside the campus beyond AMC limit NO extra tractor trips shall be provided.

Manpower supply for unmeasurable works. Rate to be quoted for EIGHT HOURS DAY SHIFT inclusive of all statutory liabilities and tools and tackels:

Earth work in excavation in all kind of soil up to 300 OR 500 mm depth for new paving base work in roads, pathway, open area etc. including shifting surplus soil outside the campus.

Carefully dismantling existing Brick paving/ CC paver block flooring / paving. The works included some necessary excavation and sand bedding wherever required. Including disposal of the debris out side the campus.

Refixing of existing Brick paving/ CC Paver block flooring/ paving including necessary excavation, levelling, 50 to 75 mm sand bedding, joint filling, cement vata, etc. as directed by site engineer.

Carefully dismantling existing Brick/ CC Paver block KERBING . The works included some necessary excavation wherever required Including disposal of the debris out side the campus.

Refixing of existing Brick / CC Paver block KERBING including necessary excavation, levelling, sand bedding, joint filling, cement vata, etc. as directed by site engineer.

Providing & laying flooring/paving laid flat with approx. 50 to 75 mm thick sand bedding including watering and levelling the bedding, brushing sand into joints. Sample and mock sample has to be approved by the Engineer in charge before the commencement of the work.

For Brick Paving ( Basic Rate of Brick = Rs. 5,500 per 1,000 number Bricks including transpotation)

Providing and fixing of precast concrete interlocking blocks of M 40 grade 75 mm thick manufactured from fully computerised automatic stationery hydraulic vibro pressed machine and fully computerised automatic batching plant of class A1/A2 as per BS 6717:2001. The CC interlocking paving blocks be laid on average 50mm thick bed of coarse sand and the joint is to be filled with fines and Laying procedure on compactedsub-base as defined. Complete job is to be executed as per the instruction of Engineer in charge. The rates to be inclusive of all lead, Lifts and taxes. General specification of blocks: 1) Shape as defined by Engineer incharge 2) Tensile splitting strength and braking load as per BS 6717:2001 3) Color: Grey cement natural colour 4) Variation in dimension: Less than 1.6mm. 5) Variation in thickness: Less than 3

Providing & laying of Brick/CC kerbing fitted vertically including levelling of badding, cement vata both side, watering, brushing sand into joints. Joint to be filled properly with reach cement mortar. (Excavation & PCC to be paid separately ) Indicative Size of CC KERBING 300 X 300 X 100 MM.

For Brick kerbing (Basic Rate of Brick = Rs. 5500 per 1,000 number Bricks including transporation )

P & F of cement concrete precast kerb or dand of M-20 grade laid over 20 mm thick base of cement mortar 1:6 including earth work, cutting of B/T road, cutting of WBM road etc. & jointing with cement mortar 1:4 grouted 125 mm in ground of shape as per provide by Engineer-in-charge. The size of kerb be 30 cm x 12 cm X 10 cm thick with round at top.
