Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of Non clog sewage cutter pumps of cap 15 HP, length 615 mm and Height 927 and outer diameter 80 mm having total weight 154 Kg with chain of min 25 m length for hanging of eye bolt, casing-CI, Impeller- CI, Suction Cover-CI, Stand - CI, mechanical seal- siliconcarbon, Oil lifter -plastic, Oil plug-SS304, motor bracket - CI, shaft-SS/AISI420, motor frame- CI complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. MAke:-Texmo TSWP11080C or equivalent in KSB, KIRLOSKAR

Supply and Fix MS flanged pipe heavy grade B class of dia 80 mm with rubber gasket, nut bolts couplings etc complete all as speciifed and directed by engr-in-charge.

Supply and Fix MS fittings heavy grade B class such as TEE, BEND etc alongwith nuts, washers, bolts necessary to join MS pipes of dia 80 mm to 150 mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and Fix Butterfly Valve of dia 80 mm with flanged ends complete all specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and Fix Non return valve of dia 80 mm with flanged ends suitable for MS pipes complete all speciifed and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of copper cable for power 4 core x 6 Sqmm area for internal connections of sewage pumps to starter panel in and including PVC conduit complete all as specified and directed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of copper cable for power 3 core x 6 Sqmm area for internal connections of sewage pumps to starter panel in and including PVC conduit complete all as specified and directed complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling existing pipe connections and electrical connections, de-watering and lifting up the Non cloging type submersible pumps of any cap from UG sewage sump of 12 mtr deep carefully and transporting to workshop for repair and bringing back at site after repair and lowering the same including making the water and electric connection including commissioning and testing complete. Note :- (i) Repair of submersible pump and pump motor shall be measured & paid separately under respective item of this schedule. (ii) T&P shall be arranged by the contractor. (iii) Transportation of pump set from site to workshop and bringing back at site inclusive in quoted rate.

De-assembling of electric motor of 12.5 HP of Non cloging submersible pump set (Make KSB), cutting and removing the existing burnt winding wire of any gauge, cleaning and making good the slots, rewinding the electric motor with PVC insulated copper wire of appropriate size/gauge, application of insulating material & varnishing including replacing of ball bearings-02 Nos, moisture seal, oil seal and re-assembling the motor, commissioning & testing complete to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge all as specified and directed.

De-assembling of electric motor of 5 HP of Non cloging submersible pump set (Make KSB), cutting and removing the existing burnt winding wire of any gauge, cleaning and making good the slots, rewinding the electric motor with PVC insulated copper wire of appropriate size/gauge, application of insulating material & varnishing including replacing of ball bearings-02 Nos, moisture seal, oil seal and re-assembling the motor, commissioning & testing complete to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge all as specified and directed.

De-assembling of Non-clogging submersible pump assembly of discharge capacity 50 Cum/Hr, 10 mtrs head, Make-KSB, for repair by replacing of company recomended parts of Mechanical seal - 2 Nos, CI impeller - 1 No, Lower Bearing - 1 No, O Ring - 1 No, Spiral plate - 1 No, Compay recomended Lubriucating oil - 7 Ltrs, Mechanical seal-02 Nos, Moisture sensor including bolts, nuts and washers, re-assembling the same and comisioning & testing complete all as specified and directed.

De-assembling of Non-clogging submersible pump assembly of discharge capacity 26 Cum/Hr,12mtrs head, Make-KSB, for repair by replacing of company recomended parts of Mechanical seal - 2 Nos, CI impeller - 1 No, Lower Bearing - 1 No, O Ring - 1 No, Spiral plate - 1 No, Compay recomended Lubriucating oil - 7 Ltrs, Mechanical seal-02 Nos, Moisture sensor including bolts, nuts and washers, re-assembling the same and comisioning & testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, testting and commisioning of LT panel box company fabricated, indoor type made out of MS CRCA sheet 2.0mm thick with angle iron frame 40x40x6mm floor mounted support suitable for 3 phase 4 wire 50 HZ, 415V system weather and vermin proof, all internal connections incoming to outgoing with BUS BAR of capacity 200 Amps. Incoming MCCB 4 Pole-160 Amp 50 KA, outgoing fully automatic star delta 3 phase starter 15HP-03, MCB TPN 63A-01, including push button for start/stop for each starter including multifunctin meter (KWH, Amp, Voltage), indicaiton lamp, MCCB of suitable capacity for each starter complete all as specified and directedcomplete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60×60cm× 6mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less'than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to using galvanised iron strip 25×4mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion all as specified and directed by ENgr-in-charge

Supply, cutting, joining and Fixing of stuctural steel regular beam of I section with height and leg width 150 mm and 100 mm respectively with web width of beam 10 mm having linear mass density not less than20 Kg/m and channels of size 100mm x 75 mm x 5 mm as per site requirement, nut bolts plates for fixing including cutting of desired size with Gas cutter / cutting tools , welding by superior quality of make- Advani, Seth electrode, E-Sab of desired size and shape. Steel shall be providded with structral steel test certiifcate with one peice of one size no welded sactionm is acceptable. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- Fixing of I section to be grouted in ground with 0.6 m depth and PCC work cost of which shall deemed to be incl in quoted rate.

Supply and fixing of Chain Pulley block set compact type with min 2 ton cap for lifting lowering of sewage pumps complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for wiring with and including multistranded copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm (nominal cross sectional area) single core, PVC insulated, unsheathed FRLSH cable 1100 Volts grade, ISI marked with valied CML number drawn in PVC Conduit concealed wiring and including medium grade PVC Conduit 25mm in size, fire resistant, ISI marked including with its fittings and fixtures such as tees, bends, elbows, junction boxes, etc. including multistranded copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm (nominal cross sectional area) single core, PVC insulated, unsheathed FRLS cable 1100 Volts grade, ISI marked with valied CML number as continuity earth wire and including pressed steel sunken concealed terminal box with 3mm thick industrial laminated sheet cover for mounting switches, sockets and fan regulators etc. Complete all as specified and directed for the one multi purpose socket 5 Amps, Independent board. :- Note : Wiring to be connected with modular switch, socket fan regulator etc.
