Pdg & Making of General Servicing of the following capacity E/A sets of different make and model installed at TE/BTS Sites i/c replacement of Lub oil ,lub oil filter and diesel filter and cleaning of all parts of DG set like fuel line ,cooling system ,checking of all DG control wiring ,belt and drives for proper working as per manufacturer recommendations complete as per manufracturer recommendation i/c Fare and labour charge i/c complete as reqd.(Note: 1.Diesel for initial testing of DG set will be arranged by the contractor 2.The recovered black oil shall be given to contractor .

Calibration of the fuel injection pump & Injecor up to 40 KVA capacity of DEA sets of different makes and models under various exchanges I/c removal of fuel pump from site, transportation at Workshop, calibration of pump and nozzles, grinding and fixing the same after calibration at site in the existing DEA set etc complete as reqd.

Repairing & General Servicing of the existing faulty radiator in existing DEA set up to 40 KVA by repairing of leakage and cleaning of copper tubes with help of cleaning agents, Dismantling of radiator assembly including transportation, brazing and testing for leakage and re-installation after repairing the same etc. reqd.

Labour Charges for Top Overhauling of DG set up to 40 KVA Capacity of various make as per manufacturer recommendations i/c dismentalling and replacement of all the filters like oil filters,disel filter, air filter, making tappet setting, , repairing/servicing of fuel pump assembly,turbo charger,cylinder head and cleaning of all carbonised parts,radiator cleaning,replacement of engine oil coolent,replacement of belts safties,meters if reqd and calibration of engine as per manufaturer's reccommendations etc as required. ( Only for Labour Charges without General Servicing Job i/c Transportation, Dismentling and Assembling Charges )

Removal of following faulty / burnt / damage parts up to 40 KVA DEA set and providing & fixing of new parts to bring the Engine in healthy condition etc. complete as reqd.

S/F 63 Amps Heavy duty Double break TPN Switch fuse unit with HRC fuses in steel enclosure with side handle operation capable of working 415/500 V i/c i/c fixing the same on wall /pole with suitable clamp/fastner i/c drilling hole , making connection, earthing the body etc. i/c dismenting of existing faulty unit (if requiredat site)as reqd.

Supplying and fixing of 12 Volts Maintenance free Battery of following capacity for E/A sets, i/c initial charging, battery terminals, transportation, testing, commissioning etc. complete as reqd.(Note: Battery should be of atleast 24 months full replacement warranty/ . Manufacturer warranty card with dealer stamp shall be submitted along with new battery).
