Manning and operation of swimming pool of capacity 9,04,000 liters at SVN Colony, 104 area by operating the installed machineries and equipment i.e pressure feed type filtration plant, and connected pump sets, Air compressor, gravity feed type gaseous chlorine plant, bleaching dozer, alum dozer, soda ash dozer, copper sulphate dozer ,ammonia dozer and suction sweeper for maintaining the pool water to desired level of purity including attending to normal routine maintenance of installed plant /machinery /systems such as washing filtration plant etc required for operational purpose of swimming pool for smooth and trouble free operation complete all as specified and directed.

Outsourcing : One semi skilled and one helper per shift of 8 hours in two shifts per day including sundays and holidays. Shift timings:- I st shift - 0600 Hrs to 1400 Hrs II nd shift - 1400 Hrs to 2200 Hrs

Note :- (a) Chemicals consumed shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of BOQ

(b) Operating of suction sweeper for cleaning of swimming pool shall be inclusive of quoted rate .

(c) Swimming pool platform area & edges to be cleaned regularly.

Mannning of DG set and Disel driven Fire fighting pump set and elcrical driven fire fighting pump set including LT panel, pressure vessel and accossories with minimum one pump one Semi-skilled operator and one helper per shift of 8 hours round the clock (including holidays and sundays ) at SVN Colony complete all as specified. Shift Timings:- I st shift - 0600 Hrs to 1400 Hrs II nd shift - 1400 Hrs to 2200 Hrs III rd shift - 2200 Hrs to 0600 Hrs

(a) DG Set 500KVA capacity , kirloskar make : 1 No

(b) Diesel driven pump set 120 HP capacity : 1 No

(d) Jockey pump set 30 HP electric driven AC ,3 phase including control gear : 01 No

(e) Centrifugal pump sets-75 HP- 2 Nos

The quoted rate is inclusive of the following

(i) Diesel shall be provided by department free for filling only (Transportaion of Diesel from E/M Store Yard to site shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate.)

(ii) The operator shall be alert to run the DG sets within 5 minutes of supply failure and ensure the operation of DG set every day.

c) Topping up/Changing of Engine oil as and when required.

(iii) Repair / maintenance / recharging / reconditioning of batteries

(iv) Supply and filling of distilled water / electrolyte to batteries /radiator as and when required

Note : Fresh water pump house comprising of 2 Nos 75 HP centrifugal pumps working on automation system which incase of failure manpower engaged at pump house will operate same on the maual mode.

Mannning and operation of DG sets at officers Mess ,Nirman park for round the clock with minimum one Semi-skilled pump operator per shift of 8 hours complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

List of equipment are as under :-

(a) DG Set 62.5 KVA capacity - 1 No (b) LT Panel for DG set : 01 No (c) AMF Panel for DG set - 01 Nos

The quoted rate is inclusive of the following:-

(i) Diesel shall be provided by department free for filling only (Transportaion of Diesel from E/M Store Yard to site shall be deemed to be included in quoted rate.)

Note for Item No. 1 to 3 (I) Before commencement of work the contractor shall submit the list of manpower to be employed as per requiste qualifications specified in particular specification for approval of GE duly recomended by Engineer-in- charge.

Suuply only chlorine gas supplied in only 100 kg cylinders for water treatment Make: Andhra Sugars or its equivalent make approved by State Jal Board as approved by GE Note: (i) Testing the cylinders, and repair to outlet valves of cylinders and maintain the gas control and regulating system shall be the responsibility of Contractor and the rate is deemed to be included for the same (ii) Chlorine gas will be supplied in 100 Kg cylinders only. (iii) All sefety equipments/Masks should be provided by the contractor during operation of chloronome plant

Supply and fixing HDPE pipe PN 1.6 of size 25mm dia outer dia and min wall thickness 2mm and 2.4mm all as specified and directed

S&F self reinfored PVC 50mm dia helifier hose in suction sweeper pump at SVN Colony Swimming pool all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

M & L for overhauling of suction sweeping pump of 3 to 5 HP capacity by disconnecting/ dismantling and replacement of unserviceable worn out bearings, renewal of worn out parts like shaft sleeves, Oil Seal / Gland rope, rubber packing / coupling greasing and connecting up and testing complete all as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for cleaning of UG sump/ balancing tank for swimming pool of 50000 litres capacity by pumping out the accumulated water in the bottom and removing the complete silt from the sump and depositing at a distance 1.5KM outside MD land and levelling as directed and cleaning with bleaching powder and wire brushing the sump after scrapping the walls and bottoms of the sumps completely without disturbing the filtration pump to swimming pool including painting the sump and lettering the sump capacity, date of cleaning and due date of cleaning on the sump wall and applying one coat of white wash to entire sump all as per directed.

M& L for cleaning of swimming pool of capacity 904000 litres by pumping out the accumulated water in the bottom and removing complete silt from the pool and deposting and levelling as directed and cleaning with bleaching powder & tile clannigng acid and wire brushing the sump after scrapping the walls and bottom of the sump completely all as directed.

Supply and replace 2000 litres capacity Rotational moulded polyethylene three layer water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position as per site requirement as specified in SSR Part I complete all as directed

All as per SL item No.16 above but of capacity 1000 litres

Supply and replace ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe and fixed (Minimum weight 210 grams) suitable for fixing to 20 mm dia GI pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replacement of LED flood light luminaires of 100 Watt capacity with high pressure die cast housing with IP 66 complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Make: CAT No. SLE FL 120W IP65 LUMOS of Surya Roshini LtdIndia Ltd or equivalent in Philips/ / Havells / Wipro/ GE.

Supply and replace 80 mm bore CI sluice valves PN 1.6 (Raising type) conforming to IS 14846 flanged end with iron wheel head and stainless steel spindle flanged joints including necessary nuts, bolts, and washers etc., complete all as specified and directed.

All as per SL item No.22 above but of size 100 mm dia.
